my understanding of "those whom the right hands possess" is the people you are engaged with, e.g. someone you are mariying but haven't consumed the mariage yet, someone you are divorcing but you still can get back with.

In these 2 cases, you stil can go back before concluding you are married, but if you have "sexual relation" with her/him then you are "quranicaly" married.

It seems that "those whom the right hands possess" are certainly owned and not simply employed (because there is a distinction between "free" people and they in 425). So there may be slavery of some form. We have to prove that "fornication" include having sex with those who you do own (since even marriage is simply contractual and not sacred).

right hand possess can be translated as servants/maids. if besides a spouse, my maid/servant sees my private parts then i am not violating myself. i would also include home health aids, nurses, doctors too who have seen more than my private parts. if i am not able to take care of myself and i hire someone to help me bathe, wipe and such, am not doing anything wrong.

I think you are misinterprating the expression "ma malakat aymanukim" "those whom their right hands possess" (MMA), I would advice you to use the search tool!!!
