<![CDATA[Children of Israel]]>Can't we say that the Children of Israel are all those that have been influenced by Israel in someway? I believe so. I mean the Christians were influenced by Israel, the Muslims also with their hadeeth and many other traditions. Of course the Jews have been influenced by Israel. So can't we say that those passages that speak to the Children of Israel are dealing with all those who associate themselves with organizations or movements that derive in some way from ancient Israels influence on the world. Jews and Christians atleast won't deny it. Muslims on the other hand would probably deny this even though many hadeeth are a pure ramification of the Jewish and Christian influence during, before and after Muhammad's. Just about all of Morroco was Jewish before Islam came, Yemen, Jewish and Christian, The Levant, Christian and Jewish. And seeing that the Quran never promoted any movement by the name of Islam it is only possible that the Islam that exists in the middle east, and other places in Africa and Asia is an extension of the influence that Israel had on the world. All those converts were previously Jewish or Christian whatever the sect or school of thought. The Hadeeth scholars even attest to the Israileeyah that they follow in the Ahadeeth. So I propose that if you are a product of or are influenced by Israel in some way that when you read Oh children of Israel that you apply it to your group, be you Muslim, Christian or Jewish. No the Muslims didn't question Moses but neither did the Jews of this day. Where it doesn't personally apply the Quran is saying that your people have done this or do this and they know better because God has taken a common covenent with the Jews, Christians and Muslims, yet they only follow part of the decree, killing each other, exhiling each other and ransoming each other when it has been prohibited from them.
