I think you should abandon your Hollywood dream for several reasons
- You dont even have the script yet, and to make it to hollywood it needs to be really good.
- You don't have the money. Meeting agents in Hollywood it's not eays and it is expensive.
- It is highly unlikely that Hollywood will make any movie that could couse riots in sunni/shia Wonderland, becouse anything that comes from the "infidels" will be treated as hostile no matter what it promotes, more over "we" (kuran only) would be coloured as christian puppets etc.
If you do a movie it must be a documentary for several reasons
- It's much easier and cheaper.
- You can use a lot of existing material, quote a lot of people, interview few, use quran ayas and hadiths etc.
- I am positive that, if asked from the right people, you may even find funding from Islamic countries.
If we want it to have any impact on people, it MUST NOT be funded by non muslim and it MUST NOT be aired in a Christian country (the Premiere).

Furthermore, we, The Quran Alone Muslims are already described as cultists and quranists so whoc ares what humans think of me, i care how i will be judged before The God Most Merciful on The Judgment Day.
Yes, thank you, i also plan to direct a documentary and yes i know it's cheaper. In the 3 scripts about Islam that i have already written, i have practically copied The Quran and several articles about Islam from the websites www.submission.org and www.quran-islam.org. I also intend to introduce people to Free Minds forum in the movie. God willing.
Islamic countries would never invest money in a movie because they think that Jews have the control over the film industry in Hollywood. Okay, that could be true .... if we let them!The movies about Islam will be, God willing, God willing, directed by me (i'm a Muslim), it is already written by me and since i am about to have 29th birthday, AlhamdilAllah, AlhamdilAllah, i know that non-muslim would and will never invest in a movie that promotes Islam.
I have seen non-muslims how they portray Islam True Lies. James cameron shows us in True Lies that Muslims are harsh, terrorists, ignorat, bad guys who only know agression and causing pain. Muslims in the movie True Lies are not portrayed as people who pray or even read The Quran, they just kill and hate.If the movie about Islam is portrayed in a christian country, christians will understand Islam and not judge it according to CNN.

On the contrary, your questions were good, i am glad that you asked me all of that so that i can see for myself, if i'm ready at all.
I would have already be a US citizen and making movies in LA, if devil the rejected didn't interfere, like with Noah and his friend, remember? The story with the fish, they lost it and the fish slid into the ocean? Then Noah and his buddy had to return to meet that person who destroyed the boat, killed a child?
Well, i think that's what happened in my case i hink i had to be deported and banned in order to come back, meet my soulmate and marry.
When i was in San Francisco, my uncle did not help me when i was in jail, he did not petition for me for the release so i know that even if he did, he wouldn't allow me to travel to Hollywood and i'd return home even more depressed having accomplished nothing.I think i understand why i was deported and banned, i think i get it. The story of Noah and his friend reminded me.
I meant, their crew and the cast don't matter, i can always hire British actors, i was even considering hiring few British actresses because of the accent, The Quran sounds so good when you speak with an accent. I have always loved the British accent and their voice is clear because of it. They prounounce the words, all words. If you listen to Chris Rock, it's sometimes hard to understand him, because he doesn't prounounce the last few letters of every word, but if you listen to Mel B (Spice Girls) you can hear every letter of every word.
I would love to hire Demi Moore or maybe Sigourney Weaver or Vivica A. Fox, because they look like academics, like professors, like teachers, they're also very tall and have a distinctive jaw and the eyes.
For example, i would not hire Merly Streep, even though she is excellent actress, because she looks nice and these characters in my scripts are tough, they look tough and they carry themselves so well, they walk in a way that you already see from the distance, you don't wanna mess with them. Demi Moore in Charlie's Angels Full Throttle aiming the gun, Sigourney Weaver in Aliens with the gun aiming it at the alien queen and Geena Davis aiming the gun at the bad guy in The Long Kiss Goodnight.
See, Merly Streep or Julia Roberts could never do this and convince me that they are tough, they're too nice and kind. Sally Field also, she can't play someone who kills. Jada Pinkett-Smith is short but when she looks at you with those eyes, it's like she says"Trust me, i don't need PMS today to kick you to another world." And Vivica A. Fox, yes, she can smile, but she can also say"Next time you look at my chest, you'll be searching for your eyes on the highway."Slovenia? Actors? No way. We don't have any actors and those who call themselves actors, can't act. Slovenia has a very, very poor film industry. Directors here make movies and studios say that they make movies to be heard in Europe, not to make profit. Studio here gave one o our directors $1.500.000 USD and his movie was a disaster, only 400 people saw it and said"BOOOOOORRRRRIIIIIIINNNNGGGGGG!!!!!!!
I can't ask Islamic countries for money, because they will want to know what the movie is all about and the moment i tell them the movie says that The Quran is the only thing we need to obey and follow, they will first say no then kill me right there and then.

By the way, i forgot to answer from earlier the Islam movie will be produced by me, God willing, so it's okay, because i intend to direct bunch of others, God willing, movies that don't deal with religion issues. God willing.Peace.

Everyone has the right to dream. If you believe that you have as little as a 10% chance of pulling this off, then by all means, go ahead. All power and luck to you!
Remember that Mustafa Akkad (R.I.P) simultaneously shot two versions of his film "The Message", an epic about Islam, back in 1976. However, I do not think it was funded by Hollywood. According to IMDB.com, it was a joint venture of 4 Arab countries and the UK. If you feel that Hollywood constitutes an obstacle, then perhaps you can look for a funding source elsewhere.
Here is a word of advice
If I were you, I would not make the movie about Islam directly. I would also not have any of the "folkloric" personnas from Islamc traditions.
But rather, I would approach the concept from a different perspective Make it a FABLE.
In case you are not familiar with the word, a FABLE is a fictional account which often represents or parallels facts and truths from real life, and conveys a clear moral message. (Usually, fables have lots of symbolism).
Why not make a movie about a divinely guided man who shows up to steer some previously unknown peoples ( divided tribes) who live in a frozen tundra/arctic setting (opposite of desert setting ), from an age of darkness and ignorance ( and worshipping of ancestral spirits and totemic symbols - perhaps maybe they would resemble American Indians ) , to an age of knowledge and light, unite them, and teach them the truth about the ONE GOD. Then gradually show how his ideas become corrupted in later ages by politicians , human satans, and pagan influences from surrounding empires.
You would have the movie constantly shift from scenes of the past, to scenes of the future, to show the gradual corruption of the religion. The tribe leaders would start to argue again amongst themselves ( after the hero's death) INVENT LIES ABOUT THE HERO ( hadiths ) , conspiracies are brewed, wars break out, and so on and so forth... The whole setting and characters would be FICTIONAL.
Towards the end of the movie ( which would probably have to be no less than 4 hours long ) you would have perhaps a future person ( who appears in the final quarter of the movie ) make an important discovery ( perhaps an archeological artifact of some kind ) that helps expose all the lies that the people have been believing about the ancient hero, and how these lies were all created by the human satans, and agents of a secret cult of some kind that has existed since forever; and the scholars (mullahs) in the future ages of corruption would all be puppets of this secret cult. bla bla bla... )
Anyway, you get the picture. Let your creativity roam..Don't force yourself to conform to historical accounts, because history is full of lies and cannot be trusted.
Fables are a very powerful tool to convey your ideas. Trust me.
If you use this approach, the movie will be a FABLE which will indirectly reflect how the religion of Islam became corrupted over the ages.
Any muslim who watches the movie will gradually understand the subtle hints to his own reality.. And this way, since it would not be directly about Islam, you might find less obstacles in your path to realizing it..

The movie is abt how rational ppl RID THEMSELVES OF WHT IS CURRENTLY KNOWN AS ISLAM and turn to live by Quran Alone, showing the world tht hadith is the problem and perhaps that the Quran Alone Mulims even battle the sunnis/shias because those would continue to torture and murder them. Actually, brother Pazuzu, you are right. This is an excellent idea. You have just given me several ideas for more movies. I'll take it under consideration, because this is something to think about. Excellent idea, brother, really.
Jonny_K, trust me, as a director, i think brother Pazuzu is right. This approach would be much more faster, as far as the investors are concerned, it would be safe for us, me, they wouldn't hunt me down like a dog, it would make people pull the lines between this story and the Islam, they would start thinking.
