You Can't Teach a Cat General Relativity
-
peace be upon everyone,
Animals don't understand as much about the world as we do (or do they? more on that later). Cats cannot understand Einstein's theory of General Relativity in the way we can due to our superior intelligence. Cats just aren't meant to understand it by nature. What if that is the case with us? what if we aren't intelligent enough to understand the workings of the universe? what if the point that we've reached in science today is as far as we can ever go? Is there a limit? And what if animals understand everything we do, but in a different way. They have a whole different set of methods to understand the world. Maybe they don't need mathematics? get my meaning?

You raise a good point... our perception itself is limited to the absoprtion of photons by the retina, so, if we had to look at a virus, we would have to use an electron microscope since we are getting to the "Angstrom" level and visible-light photons cannot be used to view at this resolution. That tidbit was about our physiological capability.
As far as our intellect and our technological and scientific avancement is concerned, it may be possible that in the direction we are heading, we will very soon hit that "insurmountable barrier" spoken off in the Quran. I believe I have already touched on the subject a little bit (regardless of what abrar thinks)...
The question is still quite open-ended. It may be possible, but perhaps not at the physical level (at least from what we percieve as physical). What I think is that the human brain has yet to go a long way before it realizes its full potential.

JK- That unsurmountable barrier you are talking about was for the Jinn but GOD also says that with His permission we may penetrate heaven and earth. GOD Bless!

your whole argument is based on the premise that you think that I believe what you believe about what Djinn is...

and the correct interpretation is that "you shall not be able to escape the confines of the universe without authority" ... does not necessirily mean we "have" permission.
