more marriage stuff

Pretty much this is what I have found about marriage I may be missing some verses but anyway this is my understanding.
2221 Basically tells us to marry those who believe in god which will help us being us to paradise, as they will help guide us.
2230
IF you get divorced you can?t remarry her, unless she?s married someone else then got divorced.422
Don?t marry your dads wives243
Marry people with similarities2432
If you?re single you should get married, if you?re poor God will help you.3349
If you decide to divorce someone before touching them there is no waiting period, give them a gift and send them free in a good manner3352
You can?t marry more women after ?THIS? you can?t swap wives even if you think the other is more attractive or whatever. You can only have your right and God sees everything.6010
This one is abit confusing..2235
If your interested in someone don?t make secret meetings unless their honourable.2237
This is confusing44
Give the women you marry their dowry if they give any of it to you take it and be happy423
Who you can?t marry424
Others you cant marry43 If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, Two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.
I want to focus a little on this verse. What is injustice? What would be classified as injustice? Is it better for a man to marry an orphan? So can a guy marry 2,3,4 without any reason just for the wish of marrying them? For the shahwa he desires? For his inner desire is it ok? Or is that injustice?
Also I think the mainstream muslims sunni's and shias get the contract and witnesses from this verse, though would it involve marriage also?
2282 O ye who believe! When ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period of time, reduce them to writing Let a scribe write down faithfully as between the parties let not the scribe refuse to write as Allah Has taught him, so let him write. Let him who incurs the liability dictate, but let him fear His Lord Allah, and not diminish aught of what he owes. If they party liable is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable Himself to dictate, Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her. The witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (For evidence). Disdain not to reduce to writing (your contract) for a future period, whether it be small or big it is juster in the sight of Allah, More suitable as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves but if it be a transaction which ye carry out on the spot among yourselves, there is no blame on you if ye reduce it not to writing. But take witness whenever ye make a commercial contract; and let neither scribe nor witness suffer harm. If ye do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So fear Allah. For it is God that teaches you. And Allah is well acquainted with all things.
I can't realy find anything about the process but anyway share your comments )

Peace Sarah
There are more verses to be looked at. For example I could give you quite a few references from chapter two alone.
Husband/Wife are to avoid disobedience together
To stray from the state of Peace will lead to strained relations
Couples can avoid grievance in adhering to divine command
What seperates and does not profit spouses
One may have sexual relations so long as the female is not menstruating
Staying a period of three months after divorce in the case the female is pregnant
Other verses you can reference that I am aware of are [2/25, 229-33, 234-237, 240, 241-242; 4/3-4, 12-13, 19-25, 34-35, 127-130; 5/5; 12/23, 29; 16/72; 21/90; 23/6-7; 24/2-3, 6-10, 11-19, 23-26, 32-33; 33/49; 39/6; 40/8; 42/11; 43/70-72; 58/1-4; 60/3, 10-11; 64/14-16; 66/10-12; 70/11-12, 29-31; 111/1-5
I like to read the stories to provide extra insight into marriage. Try reading Joseph.

Peace!
2432
If you?re single you should get married, if you?re poor God will help you.I think "poor" means not being married/not finding a match in that instance.
3352
You can?t marry more women after ?THIS? you can?t swap wives even if you think the other is more attractive or whatever. You can only have your right and God sees everything.Wrong. This is addressed to the prophet.
6010
This one is abit confusing..6010 O you who acknowledge, if the acknowledging women come emigrating to you, then you shall test them. God is fully aware of their acknowledgement. Thus, if you establish that they are those who acknowledge, then you shall not return them to those who do not appreciate. They are no longer lawful for them, nor are those who do not appreciate lawful for them. Return the dowries that were paid. There is no sin upon you to marry them, if you have paid their dowries to them. Do not keep the wives who do not acknowledge, and ask back what dowries you paid. Let them ask back what dowries they had paid. Such is God's judgment; He judges between you. God is Knowledgeable, Wise.
It simply encourages believing men to marry believing women. Divorce women who reject and marry believing women. It annuls marriages between believing women that fled rejecters and tells men to annul their marriages with women who spurn guidance while claiming virtue (al kawafir).
2237
This is confusingPlausible translation
2237 If you divorce them before touching them, but after you had set the dowry for them, the compensation shall be half the dowry, unless they voluntarily forfeit their rights, or the party responsible for causing the divorce chooses to forfeit the dowry. To forfeit is closer to righteousness. You shall maintain the amicable relations among you. GOD is Seer of everything you do.,
43 If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, Two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.

Obviously not, since that is about debt. It seems marriage only requires a verbal contract and dowry.
