I dont know how they do it in Iran but according to the Quran if one deliberately plugs out someones eye then the victim must be given the RIGHT TO DO THE SAME TO THE CRIMINAL whilst at the same time the court should do its best to convince the victim to forgive him and substitute the revenge for a ransom in money, property, etc. In iran apparently the court has all the say which is ofcourse absurd because the victim has to decide in this case. Taking the right away from the victim however is also incorrect and would instill tensions in him which would with a high probbaility result in the victim becoming a criminal too in the future to unload his rage. Id term this neurotension as a result of imbalance. This goes especially for women being raped as well. The Quran says oppression is worse than murder and for murder one is allowed to go uptil the death penalty according to the Quran, again the victim decideing. So its upto the raped woman to decide what should be done with teh victim. She might decide to hit the shit out of him or even kill him. It may seem harsh but this is the only way to take care of neurotension in the victim and the court can and should do everything to convince the victim if she could forgive him. And im very confident because of the inherent female nature to forgive, tht she would except perhaps in very severe cases and thered be a monetary ransom and no tensions whtsoever. GOD Bless! -

it doesnt say if the man blind his opponent on purpose,if on purpose will make the victim go and do it the way he did it,not some doctor on a hospital,i see this as a way of going extreme on the law to be able to scare the people into submission for the gov,with the help of weak people who think this is right and carry on the punishments,like always forgiveness is always better in such accidents like this,together with a fee to pay to the victim...the guy hanged fought against the gov militants and he was captured by his opponents,thats war...the women only park its ehfjhdksjhkfhkfkjhfkaldfoksdkjhunbelievable,stupid,wannabe modest.
there is no system but the quran only to be a system which will bring order to society,as in whats going on in the world,the only nations i see that have futures are the americans who are deeply against their government and know their lies,those who search for the truth...and venezuela with its new system of gov with hugo chavez who is on the side of the poor people together with the independent movements of south america who are anti-globalization... many other scattered souls living all over the planet,but the big concentrations of people willing to revolt is in the great american continent,the west hemisphere.peace

That's not what honor said. They (I'm sorry honor I do not know if you are male/female) said that Iran's interpretation of Islamic law is disgusting and despicable.
