Reading the qur'an, you find yourself saying, "yes...of course, that makes sense" because we have built-in barometers of how to live harmoniously in peace. The same goes for any other source that contains "truth". We already have it and can tap into it at any moment. And once we recognize it, then it is up to us to implement it if the brain and body are not already in accordance with it. Thus we establish harmony and balance, and ultimately, peace. ~ Tay
