Yea but pharaoh wanted people to serve him instead of serving our creator. Just because someone chooses the username Allah on a forum does not mean that people will start believing he is Allah and start worshipping phoenix. And I?m pretty sure that phoenix does not believe that he is ?equal? to Allah just because his username is Allah. And Jankren when people call their child ?Jesus? it?s usually pronounced as ?hay-zeus?.

It is because that is how Spanish people say the word 'Jesus' including the real Jesus. And once the kid goes to USA people will start calling him Jesus in English way.
By the way, I did not compare Pharaoh with Phoenix.

Just go to Mexico and you meet a lot of Jesuses. Anyway, the reason people use the name of someone else is so he hopes he could be like that person. For example parents name their sons Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, or Abraham because they want them to have similar charateristics as them and there is nothing wrong with it since those people were normal humans too. But if you name yourself 'the God', then is it possible for anyone to equate himself with God who in Al Quran says that there are none who are His equal?
Peace,
While the hispanics, not spainards have named some of their men jesus, it is pronounced He-zeus. Although apparently its still the name of jesus, just as some arabs apparently name their child Isa, which is the arabic name for jesus. I personally am not sure how I feel about this, because jesus is a prophet, he is not a god I worship. but for the many christians who worship jesus as god,.. I think it odd for the catholic hispanics to name their child after their god. I know that many arabs, use their middle(the ones a few, that have a middle name),and plenty use their first name= as the name of our prophet. I assume this is a sign of gratitude towards him, because he is a prophet. But I think its okay. Many people name their daughters Maria, Mary, Fahima, Fatihma, all Jesus's mothers name. And the majority of Americans have a biblical name. So, I think for myself I find it fine, to name after disciples, companions, prophets, messengers...but not god. Because once again, it is not a name I worship. Just an interesting observation I made.

I am a follower of this new Lobster faith. You see, as Lobsters, by flip-flopping we are able to generate motion.
