Brother the question is not which is the name and which is attribute. The question is do they represent the same person according to Quran not according to History.
Please do help us, only posting website or uncommented verse do not help me much (I am very illiterate person in this respect).

RegardsIt is just possible there after Hazrat Eesa AS it might have happed like this.
EasaaAS -------> Ahmad PBUH -----> X ----- x ---X ----Muhammad PBUH
Unless Quran explicitly tells that there is not Prophet between Hazrat Eesa AS and Prophet Muhammad PBUH ,you theory does not hold good.
Qur'an explicitly tells us it is the same person to whom Qur'an is descended.
IF X = 472, X = 619 Then 472 = 619 is TRUE!
