The Quran doesn't cancel / supersede / obliterate / abolish / replace the previous revelations.
The Quran confirm / correct (the understanding) of the previous revelations.The Quran is NOT THE LAST REVELATION FROM GOD!.
REVELATION is an ongoing process, and God still gives revelation now and also in the future to people of this world!From personal perspective;
God's revelation begins when you were being born into this world and will ends when you die...Life is an ongoing learning process, and every day there's a revelation from God to you!

What about 2106 ?Whatever Message We abrogate or abandon it, We bring a better (Message) than that or (at least) the like of it. Do you not know that All?h is indeed Possessor of power to do all He will.
Can we conclude from this verse that the Quran is better than the previous messages ?

Respect.I think these verses are clear
241 And believe in what I have sent down, authenticating what is with you, and do not be the first to disbelieve in it! And do not purchase with My revelations a cheap gain, and of Me you shall be aware.
289 And when a Book came to them from God, authenticating what is with them; while before that they were mocking those who rejected; so when what they knew came to them, they rejected it! The curse of God be upon the rejecters.
291 And if it is said to them Believe in what God has sent down; they say We believe only in what was sent down to us, and they reject what came after it, while it is the truth authenticating what is with them. Say Why then did you kill the prophets of God if you were believers?
297 Say Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel, then know that he has sent it down into your heart with the permission of God, authenticating what is with him, and a guide and good news for the believers.
2101 And when a messenger came to them from God, authenticating what was with them, a group of those who had already received the Book placed the Book of God behind their backs as if they did not know.
33 He sent down to you the Book with the truth, authenticating what is between his hands; and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel.
381 And God took a covenant from the prophets For what I have given you of the Book and wisdom, then a messenger will come to you authenticating what is with you. You will believe in him and support him. He said Do you testify, and agree to this burden? They said We testify. He said Then bear witness, and I am with you bearing witness.There are few other verses with same word - authenticate.
We all know what authenticate means, yes?I'd say it is clear.

How do you interpret ? -
The Quran confirms only the truth mentioned in earlier texts... And repudiate the major man made dogmas attributed by man to God such as the trinity concept.
Moreover, laws are amended and those who follow Quran, will evolve under new law,especially the jews as they had received some laws as a form of punishment for their evil behaviour... such as prohibition to consume fat.

one thing that is in torah that has changed is stoning for adultery, its been 'abrogated' and is now lashing.

4213 is about monotheism and most of the laws.
I see the scriptures as a gradual reform of humanity span over very long periods... where the laws evolved according to the current level humanity has reached in aspects such as understanding and awareness of realities.
Remember, I said many of the laws in the Torah were laws in the form of punishment... and these were changed in the Quran for those who accepts the Quran.

agree with wayfinder. The main bits or commandments from God are the same and the main commandment is 'thou shall have no other Gods but Me' and that is what all prophets and messengers have come to remind people about as human concept of God is difficult, they need something they can 'see' to worship which is why it doesnt take long for humanity to recreate some idol and say God is in that, or in him or whatever, they cannot focus on something they can't 'see'.
