METHOD of salaat, not MEANING

Peace be upon you,
I think it should help us a lot to go away from the MEANING of the word "salaat" and go to the METHOD of SALAAT(whatever that word means). I will start by showing the METHOD that I see.
I see that we should be reciting the reading at dawn and dusk.
(177 gives me timing of dawn and dusk
(443) tells me not to approach salaat until I know what I am SAYING...this implies that it is dealing with speech and reasonalso, we have DAWN READINg stated clearly in 1778 also.
So again, my understanding is that we should read at dawn and dusk. Please share your METHOD with me, not the meaning of the word "salaat", but the METHOD of it.
