Jinns and Serpents
-
Peace,
We know from the OT, that it was the serpent who seduced Eve. But in the Quran it is a Jinn called 'Iblees'. Thats a contradiction until you read this verse
2831 "Now, throw down your staff." So when he saw it vibrate as if it were a Jinn, he turned around to flee and would not return. "O Moses, come forward and do not be afraid. You are of those who are safe."
Note that Snake is analogous to Jinn. So Jinns could be actually serpents.
Another verse states that these Jinns have human characters.
726 "And there were men from among mankind who used to seek help from the men among the Jinn, but they only helped increase them in sin."
1764 "And entice whoever you can of them with your voice, and mobilize all your forces and men against them, and you may share with them in their money and children, and promise them." But the devil promises nothing but deceit.
So they are serpents in human form....
Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce you a bunch of mythological beings called
The Reptilians
These guys had contact with ancient man evidenced by their bizzare appearances in many cultures around the world.
It is interesting that the Bible calls them the Sons of God. The Quran codemns this.
The Quran states that many people seek the Jinn for help and many believe in them.

Just a theory.

D I am not one of them. I am just saying the relation between the Genesis serpent and the Quranic Satan with what God said regarding the moving staff.
Forget the Reptilian BS.

Where in the qur'aan is satan referred to as a serpent?
Do you mean the moving stuff in the story of Moses? That was clearly referred to as "magic". -

Are Jinn false magical beings? A speck of imagination that is.
Or are they serpents like the Genesis account protrayal of the Quranic 'Iblees'?
