How do you translate 1736?

I did a search and only found the word occurs in this verse - what is its meaning?

Also occurs here and in 5311 - what is its root?
Is its translation "heart" or "mind"?

i dont know to get the root for it - i thought it may have been f-q?
t-q-f is the command form of the verb right?

my understanding of arabic grammar is very bad - while i read and speak arabic fine - i have limited knowledge of the grammar - which is a great disadvantage when understanding the quran!

Two letter roots are uncommon. By saying "t" this does not help identify what letter you mean by "t" as there are several possibilities.

thanks again bro wakas! these tools are very useful! and i hope to find an arabic grammar teacher (or go get myself some books!) as soon as i can! ideally i would love to travel syria or somewhere where they have good arabic courses and spend some time there! but for now ill have to just do what i can
