As a result, are bruised and crushed due to turning away from the right course and in a state being unsound and unsettled.

And ones who have abandoned reason based judgment or started evading it. The ones bruised and crushed. To what extent, unpleasant, grievous and troublesome?

And aren?t such created ones experiencing horror-struck, disappointed and a negative influence.
Surah 99 4
Solemnly, you lethargic and inadvertent of the future you shouldn?t be amongst; those whom turn away, prevent, withhold and avert information and intelligence.
Surah 99 5
Very few among you are quick to utter cries using reason, of problems in society and emotional distress; due to experiencing being horror-struck and disappointed and a negative influence.

Solemnly, you lethargic and inadvertent, in future, you shouldn?t be amongst who returns back to these affairs (of not using reason and judgment). All created ones, from the beginning of time, investigate, and think about it repeatedly (using reason and judgment).

Subsequently, the ones who were endowed with reason and logic worked themselves into an unpleasant, grievous and troublesome state, intentionally; hence, intensely scattered. Invite them to hasten to my standard and banner.
