Greece, Christianity and Rome
-
I think these all have some pretty weird connections. Quran says something about the Romans will be defeated, what is this talking about?
And when did Greece have anything to do with Christianity? Wasn't Jesus in Jerusalem, or something. I think that is pretty far from Greece. Also did Greece have anything to do with Judaism as well (as in corrupt the original Judaism)? Thanks.

Christianity was created in Rome to suppress the Jewish terrorists in Jerusalem who wanted to establish the Torah in the land of Israel.
The Quran is closer to Rome and Christianity than to Israel and the Torah.
Getting the scary idea that there is no evidence of a hebrew Torah before the Greek Septuagint, could it be that the Septuagint was the original Torah written down at the time of Alexander the Great??
The Quran is an idealist/pacifist/crusader book exactly like the NT. The OT is totally pagan and alien to the NT and the Quran.
The Quran states that the Jews are following what the enemies of God wrote at the time of Solomon. Could Solomon be Alexander the Great???

A very simplified answer is
Two early forms of Christianity was indeed founded by James (brother of Jesus) and Peter in what is now Israel. James' form became the Arian or non-trinitarian form of Christianity and Peter's became (after many changes) Catholicism. Most of the new testament was written in parochial Greek as that was the language used by it's authors. James' version was eradicated by the Catholic church hundreds of years ago. The modern (if you could ever call it modern) Christian church grew up in Greece first and was eventually adopted by the Romans. After the split within the Catholic church there became two distinct churches, the Roman Catholic church and the Eastern Orthodox churches (including the Greek Orthodox church)
It is much more complicated than that with much more involved, but that is the simple answer.

What happened to the other disiplines?

Most of them were branded as heretics by the Roman Catholic church and either executed or burned at the stake.
( Its really sad because people kill/burn people for no reason.
