A German (different language) project

Salaam my dear bro&sis in faith!
(First of all my English isn't so good, so pls forgive me my
mistakes)As a Muslim woman, I'm very impressed of the websites
www.free-minds.org and www.progressive-muslime.org. These are needed movements in the
muslim community to show the real Islam which is only based on God's
messages. I enjoy the texts and topics of high quality. thank you very much
for your efforts.Here in Germany the community of "only-Quran" followers is very small
although I dont have any statistics and numbers but only my own
suppositions. unfortunately there is a very big hardliner community which
preaches hatres and division among people in the name of Islam.
On the german-speaking webspace there are only two useable websites who
give you good informations about the Islam and the Quran. I like both
of your homepages so much that I'd like to ask you if there are any
intentions to expand your project in other languages so in my case in
german.free-minds and progressive-muslims also look very professional and
serious, it is also an organization which connects Muslims which is very
important...there is a lot to say and to ask, but for the first that should be
enough to introduce myself and show my interest on your mission.
I also want to engage myself in the path of Quran and would be more
than happy when in Germany a community like "Progressive Muslims" would be
established where I can learn actively the quran and meet with other
bro&sis.So take care of yourselves and may Allah bless and help you!

Your English is quite good!
We all hope that the site grows bigger and breaks the barrier of language. There are some threads on the forum in different languages, started by posters like you. You can start a thread in German. You can discuss anything there and get help (although I do not see you need any, languagewise) from those who speak both languages fluently. There are a few here.

There were a few people who got together and translated a few articles in their language for their website, maybe you and a couple of other people together might want to start a website in German with the links to other sites like FM, for example.

At the top of the main free-minds.org homepage there is a link to German translations of some of the content. Although having checked it just now, it doesn't work. I will let Layth & Nadeem know to see if they can return it.

I've already seen the German link on free-minds.org which is sadly inactive.
But despite of all problems and lacks I feel here in my enviroment I will be a close haunter of FM. ) Its very important to read refreshing texts about God and the holy Quran without any logical disruptions which only despair and torturing your mind, heart and soul. And I also don't feel alone anymore, that's good b'coz the whole time I have thought that I am the only person who has got a very big problem with the dominating interpretation and understanding of Islam without leaving or even declining the God of Quran.So please don't stop to continue your great works.
