Question regarding Ayn and Ghain

Well I can read almost all of arabic but I have a problem when Ayn and Ghain come up. How exactly are these vocalized? For example arsh and 'arsh. I know how to say its alphabet name but thats about it.

For "ayn" you have to constrict your throat using the back of the tongue, in other words, emphasising that vowel/syllable. For "ghain", it's the same, obviously sounding different. The internet is your friend.

Also, actual Arabs would be the best people to learn from

Compare the ain with alif. The ain goes deeper with the back end of the tongue going further back, constricting the opening of the throat a bit more.

Compare the ghain with the kha. The kha is explosive and the ghain is vibrating/whispered.
