    Fa-innama yassarnahu bilisanika laAAallahum yatathakkaroona
    YUSUFALI Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed.
    PICKTHAL And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed.
    SHAKIR So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful.
    KHALIFA We have thus clarified it in your language, that they may take heed.

              I think the second part (in your tongue) elucidates the first part (made the quran easy). "In your tongue/language" is just another way of saying "in Arabic." Arabic is a very efficient language in its delivery of information. So in this sense, the quran is "easy" to learn, etc.

                Doesn't this verse tell you the audience are Arabs only 044.058? We have made this easy in YOUR tongue. Now doubt Quran is easy in Arabic but Arabic is certainly not my tongue. Quran is not addressing to me for sure. Or at least this verse is not being addresses to me. I thought this book is for all people and for all eras. I understand that some times Quran address specific people or just the prophet. Generic verses should be for all people though.

                  Quran is for mankind. The people addressed differ throughout. Here, it seems Khalifa's translation would be best. It is a common fact that books lose meaning and clarification when translated, the Quran is no exception to this.
