" We murdered god", so says Friedrich Nietzsche. I site and think, how correct this quote is. Since, conceptually we made our Rabb, the One and only, a deity for worship and adoration. Which, One claims, not be. Haven't we murdered One and Only by making, a deity for worship and adoration?

I also wonder, how come Nietzsche came to this conclusion? He is long dead, can not ask him. But finding out how much work viz for viz is done by Modern Western scholars; and specially Germans about understanding of Quran via Language. May be, he was on to something?

The context of Neitzche's statement has been confused, below is the extract where this infamous quote is taken from

After Buddha was dead, his shadow was still shown for centuries in a cave - a tremendous, gruesome shadow. God is dead; but given the way of men, there may still be caves for thousands of years in which his shadow will be shown. -And we- we still have to vanquish his shadow, too.

from Nietzsche's The Gay Science, s.108, Walter Kaufmann transl.

            http//www.stumbleupon.com/su/1MTXiK/www.pitt.edu/%257Ewbcurry/nietzsche.html

I think atheist try and make him out to be totally against God, but his main fight was against Christianity, and atheist just like to threw this quote out at people. If God is dead then the ego rules, but if God is the Living, the Eternal, the Most Kind, Benevelont then the ego has to die.

This person seems to be a Sikh, because he talks of God as Rabb, which is the term Sikhs use, and for them it is an invention rather than the underlying truth, because the word Rabb is borrowed from Arabic. To them it is an invention, but we or I belong to a more austere group, one that belongs within the Kingdom of God, one which believes in the Oneness of God.

            peace

Neitzche was probably more of a humanist than an atheist, same with Einstein, they come from a world, where they thought differently, but people will try and say they were athiest, but they showed alot of soul in the works, so maybe they were more inclined towards belief than disbelief.

Indians are like that, they wish the ego rules, rather kill their egos.

That's not Neitzche's book, it is a link to aguytalking about Nietzche, I guess all the Sikh jokes ring true.

                I got one

What do you call a Sikh guy going backwards?

                Reversing

                Another one

A guy puts on his bikers jacket which is like a body suit, with a zip on the back, he is sardar, he goes on his bike, has a crash another Sardar comes along, calls the ambulance, when teh ambulance arrives they ask the Sardar what happened, he tells them he was talking until I tried straighten his head.

                Another one

One of the Sardar leaders start talking about how Germany and Japan lost the war, but are really successful capitally, so he says let's go to war against America and lose, then we too will be successful. Another sardar gets up and says what if we win. He doesn't know what to say.

What;s happenin' Badar... singh? I guess but I'm quite sure is your name

Dear Maha Sardar Gee, somebody robbed you. The book you have, is likely written by one of your buddy Sardar, with a PhD in logic. Please, throw it out, as you have wasted your time and money. Read page 5/10 in the link below.
