YUSUFALI And he raised his parents high on the throne (of dignity), and they fell down in prostration, (all) before him. He said "O my father! this is the fulfilment of my vision of old! Allah hath made it come true! He was indeed good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you (all here) out of the desert, (even) after Satan had sown enmity between me and my brothers. He could bring them to throne by going to them. He raised his father and mother to the throne/higher place of sitting. The word used for the people going into prostration is not dual but plural which can be used for three, father, mother and Yousaf alaihissalam. They all three fell in prostration to Him who is mentioned as Allah immediately before this statement.

If you are right then the English translations are clearly misleading. Translators usually put words in brackets sometimes to make things clear. I was expecting God in brackets.
