Does 4612 rule out the "Bible" and mean that the Quran is the direct successor of the book of Moses?

I think;
And from before are the teachings/ordainment of Moses as a guide and a mercy and these teachings/ordainment full of wisdom/information- faultless, to warn those who do wrong??..
In the quran
A kitaab isn?t simply a book of pages but an account of the true happening/s whether in the form of a book or not.
Just my view though.

I agree with your definition of "kitaab"; but is it an account of true happenings or of rules and laws?

has to be true happenings- reactions to our actions- thus producing/ giving us rules and laws for better behaviours.
I suppose that is how all societies have become better, learning from the wrong/bad actions and the consequences thus producing the law.

If someone says "X" is before "Z",How does it mean that there is no "Y" between them unless it says ,X is "immediately" before Z.
Depends on the tone, which can actually be communicated in text.

apologies for digressing, but i am puzzled by why all the scriptures appear in a very short period of human history. is it possible that some reference is made in the Quran to others, for example hindu scripture or something from other ancient civilisations.
does the kitab first appear only on the african continent in the past three or four thousand years?
