Jews Mushriks or not? or are they sometimes mushriks.

No one on earth has ever admitted or said about himself that he is a "Mushrik". Allah has given this name and identification only to those who make with their own hands statues, assign them a name and then declare that statue as "Ilaha". Mushrikeen do not worship every hand made statue. Only specific shaped statue whom a name was given/assigned by their forefathers is worshipped. Quran has not declared anyone as Mushrikeen who have in the world identity of Jews, Christian and Muslims. It may be noted that none of the Mushrikeen have ever called or declared thier those statues as "Rabb" which they regard and consider as "Ilaha" other than Allah.

Salaams All,
i doubt very , very much shirk has anything to do with any statue of anykind.
An Example may help some realise or some thought to Shirk
Whilst working for the British Government an employee is supposed to take care of everybody and all the useful info besides, but as we know the Russians would rather the employee not take care of anybody and especially not the useful info.
Now if the employee , whilst in the employment of the British Government follows protocol 2, then he is a mushrik with respect to his currant employment.
Its the same with a Mushrik in the quran-i believe, if and when we follow the orders of Allah and do obey by employing the attributes in our routine then we are truly believers but when we start to break this rule then we in fact are mushriks whilst undertaking/ following a routine not embodying the attributes and disobeying the orders of Allah.
Its not at all to do with any statue at all.
any comments?

Some typographic error perhaps is not lertting things seem more clear. If the British employee is serving the interests of the Russians under any influence/consideration this will be merely corruption and cheating not Shirk. Mushrik does not denote "one is a mushrik with respect to....".

I totally agree with you. A mushrik, by the definition of the root, has to be someone who believes in God, and at the same time follows the commands of another source
Hi Samia,
its nice to know there are quite a few of us on this forum who hold to such a view.
God Bless.

Hi Mazhar,
even you will agree , obeying two masters with opposing views is shirk that isn't acceptable in any place- check a dictionary.
This is in urdu as well- if you understand it.
God Bless.

According to this definition every God believing person who is an employee is a "mushrik".Because he has to obey to command of his 'boss' as well.
Very strange definition

Not really,
first you have to know what is Allah.
To obey Allah is to create/have a certain type of relationship with everybody/everything.
So if the command of your boss don't go against the said relationship, that described by the attributes then you are obeying Allah. And hopefully your boss won't be a mushrik neither thus he would also be obeying the said relationship.
Its no surprise your thinking the way you are - learn what Allah is, He isn't the God.
God Bless.
