Quran Arabic -- Quraish Arabic or Arabic from revelation to eternity?

I was watching Dr Zakir Naik and he states that the Arabic is from revelation to eternity since it was made for all mankind, unlike bible or taurat which was meant for a group at that time, therefore the language of that time is the meaning. What is your thought on this?

Nothing special about Arabic which is Semitic Language part of the same family tree as Aramaic and Hebrew...

This is the only reason Qur?an is in Arabic period.
4144 Had We sent this as a Qur'an (in the language) other than Arabic, they would have said "Why are not its verses explained in detail? WHAT! (A BOOK) NOT IN ARABIC AND (A MESSENGER AN ARAB?" I agree with that. What I am saying is the proper translation. Do we base it on the Arabic of that region of that time, or do we take all of the Arabic from then till now as a form of translation.
