Peace, in sura 66, it is written that God informed the prophet, so normally if all revelations that the prophet received is in quran, where then is this verse? It is not there. It can only mean that messengers do get personal revelations.

      Peace Br. tarikh,

In response to your question, I will ask you a question and I believe your answer would be the answer to your question

"From where did you come to know of that revelation?"

The Book does not contradict itself nor are there extra (hearsay) or less (9128-129) verses.

The matters are separate; Qur?an commanded to be recited as revelation else in breach...

567 You, you the messenger deliver/inform what was descended to you from your Lord?

The topic of this discussion, a realization from God...

663?and God made it apparent/visible on (to) him?

We too read Qur?an (along with other things) and perhaps come to a realization from God.

        Peace

If you find the quran to be inconsistent than it is not worthy.

Have you ever experienced getting information you did not seek? Like being somewhere you did not mean to be, or meeting someone you were not supposed to meet or you do not even know and he/she tells something very significant for you? Maybe it is God who meant that this information reaches you. It happens to all of us, not just the prophet. Just like the mother of Moses who had the idea of putting her baby in a basket and throw him in the river. God tells us He inspired her to do so.

                  Peace Tarikh

I'd believe you if I could but I doubt you have read all the posts to state that most of them are confusing and inconsistent.

This forum has a varied of opinions and we're not supposed to have a consensus on a certain topic/debate.

The articles I believe are there from the authors perspective but its YOU that has to make your mind up which is right and which is wrong.

It's all about learning and you can't learn overnight it takes time just have patience and ask the Lord to increase your knowledge.

                    PEACE

That's because not everybody believes the same thing.

3918 The ones who listen to what is being said, then follow the best of it. These are the ones whom God has guided, and these are the ones who possess intelligence.
