Here an excerpt from his lecture "sunnatullah" where he explans that "qaatila" dos NOT necessarily mean physical killing at all but the psychologica killing giving examples from Quranic context as he always does. Though he does have some mistakes like the statement of "sallahu..." for Muhammad as wrongly concluded from the Quran but overall a very good Quran scholar. There are more videos in the same link.
