NAbiyeen are ordinary people who receive inspiration while reading the quran, it is the understanding that is called inspiration or WAHY? if you read the quran, and understand, than you are receiving a wahy, the quran is a constitution , and they made it a religious book, and that is why we don't understand a lot of things
