Salam,

I tried to register, and after many attempts feel frustrated. It would not accept my first and last name. And that really bothered me, I will never reveal my real first and last name, so I used the one that belongs to my email address. Then when it accepted that, it claimed that someone was already registered with that first and last name and user name?! How can that be?!

Anyhow, either someone is posing as me, or this site is ridiculously difficult to register to.

I gave up!

i got my confirmation email and password but when i go to log in with it, it says ERROR Sorry, an error seems to have occured. Please, join to become our member or try log in again if you are existing member. tried a few days later but same deal. hope it is fixed soon, cause i would like to use the site

The reason for the above error was a server move. It's fine now.

when i click on "My Profile URL http//quranconnection.com/profiles/100098" i just get a 404. what gives? i dont think anyone can see my profile. should i sign up again. cause originally i signed up some months ago when the site was having birthing problems.

thanks for the speedy responses guys. bravo guess wakas is the deftest though al ;D. signed up again so it all worked out. doesnt look like too many people use the site, which is a shame. hopefully it will grow. peace

you need to contact admin when logged in. You can do that by clicking on "counselling"

Clicked on it. I even tried creating a thread in that section but I got an error message saying that the Counseling section is only for moderators.

When you click on that link it shows you an email address.

Just pm me your full account details.

I don't know how to private message you on quranconnection. An email address does appear when I click on "Counseling", but I don't know how to email or private message that address from my quranconnection account.

You do not need to email from your quranconnection account. Just email from the email address you registered with quranconnection. This will help us confirm it is your account too.
