IMHO I do not think we all have to agree on one way to do the prayers. As long as we are praying to God, thanking Him and asking His help, praising Him, believe in Him, I believe its fine. There is no one way or ritual to thank or ask God.

Exactly! Everybody understands the Quran in their own way. Salat is detailed in the Quran but muslim who read Quran alone have different ideas and that is ok. God is the judge in the day of judgment.
