I do not think that all the rules were there from the beginning. They were revealed gradually according to the evolution of people, the degree of complexity of the society and their discoveries/inventions/needs. Noah' message was mainly monothism, and not to kill, but I think marriage rules were the last to be completed, for example prohibition of marrying sisters or setting of conditions and limits for polygamy were "recent" rules in terms of divine revalation.

Well, being on a planet that have roughly about 6.5 billion people, I wouldn't be surprised even if you've met 1000 people with the same writing style as me...

Salam -ZS-. Your question regarding Adam and Eve is based on false premises.

The following are the false premises A nikah is not a contract, there is no ayat of the Quran that says nikah is a contract. There is no ayat in the Quran that there be two witnesses to a nikah. The had haramna of the Torah were given to Musa long after Adam and Eve had died. There is no ayat that says Adam and Eve had a nikah.

Because all the premises in which your question is based are false there is no question. Allah establishes the truth.

Is this underlined word Arabic, Hebrew or gibberish?

Salam samia. Study Quran. Inshallah you will not ask this question if Allah shows you the way. I cannot speak for Allah, it is also possible he will not show you the way.

                  Allah is the teacher.

Listen Al. I asked you this question before and showed you how silly your phrase was, which you claimed to have taken from verse 6146

"wa 3alal-latheena haaduu 7ar-ramnaa kul-la thi thufurin... And unto those who are jews we forbade every animal with undivided hoof...".

YOU go and study qr'aan AND Arabic, and a lot of manners of debate. you do not even know the difference between haaduu and 7ad. Stop lying to the members of this forum that you know Arabic, and stop your behaviour of intimidation. I hope this will be the last time I address you regarding this.

Yeah, let's assume Adam and his partner were the first human being...

It could be they were the first homo sapiens bestowed with human souls. There might have been a pre-existing society around them of creatures one evolutionary step behind the human level, be they neanderthals or naked apes walking upright, or what have you.
