Sura Nisa 4:28 Did Allah create humans deficient or mistranslation?

Allah has stated in the Quran that Allah has created the human being in the 'best of molds/model' and 'further gave the human guidance'
Thus how does one derive the following translation
428 God wants to make easy for you; and mankind was created weak.

Yureedu Allahu an yukhaffifa AAankum wa khuliqa alinsanu daAAeefan
Personally, from the perspective of the arabic of Sura Nisa 428, I dont see Allah as the 'creator' of 'weak' human beings.

ourselves to the lowest level by following the teachings of devil (955). It is interesting to see the
passive voice when degeneration of human nature is mentioned. The Quran does not say "we made
humans weak," but it says, "humans were made weak." Thus, whenever our weakness, impatience, or
pessimism is mentioned the passive voice is used (428; 2137; 7019). Through this peculiar language,
the Best Designer and the Ultimate Creator who created is in best design with freedom of choice,
reminds us the negative impact of wrong choices on our excellent design. See 5722-23. -

Yes the 'Passive Imperfect' governs this ayah, but more importantly the 'doer' of the verb 'Khuliqa' is majhool meaning 'unknown'
khuliqa alnsanu = (some) humans are creating daeefan (weak minded, corrupted perception)
