What do you mean by you want an example of "be"? Everything that happens is a result of God's decisions.All matters return to God. And when He decrees a matter He says " be" to it and it is

Also contray to popular belief the Quran never defines "GOD". There is no genuine creed concerning "GOD" in the Quran. No teaching. No explantion. The only thing that can be gleaned from the Quran is that 1 this so called "GOD" is the author of what you are reading (the Quran), 2 he is manifested thourgh the "signs" around you, 3 and he constanly interacts with humanity. This is not enough for a definition. No genine creed or belief can be forged from this except 1 and 3. Basicly the Quran has left it for us to define what and who God is. In fact the Quran's injunction to see the "signs" around you is a injunction to understand God and define God by understanding the universe. The Quran is a book of God but there is a supreme book which is for the wise to use. The earth, sun, moon, night, day all can help us understand and define God. Also philosophy has revaled much. If this disscusion is to be fruitful we must first define the object of belief "GOD". Also define BELIEF and UNBELIEF. Do not use GOD's attributes because then what the hack is meant by "merciful" or "just" or "judge". So the Quran's attributes for this so called "GOD" are really meaningless. They add to the confusion.
God is the light of the heavens and the earth. The Lord of you and your fathers, if you are aware. The believers are those who believe in the unseen, and they keep the salat and they spend from what God has provided them. These are the believers. When God is mentioned their hearts reverence.
Be aware of God. Nothing is left out of the Quran. The quran clearly tells us what God is, if you are aware.
And if they are told " Prostrate to the Almighty." They say " And what is the Almighty?" Do you order us to prostrate to what you command" And it only increases their aversion.
And none dispute about God except those who have no knowledge, nor an enlightning scripture.

There are many born with disability and have no life at all and one wonders what was their fault, there are others who have all in this life for this world, why there is imbalance in this world. If you look carefully more people are unhappy in this day and age..Why? Look around you, world is full of amusing things new technology yet you would find young man coming out with guns and killing mercilessly do you blame society for it or you expect that God should hold each and every one?s finger and guide them???
You talk of The child regularly abused, humans were made in the best of mould yet they sink to the lowest of the lowest despite having all sorts of opportunities available to them. So the question you should ask is do I want to live an independent life and make efforts to manage and shape society or blame God for everything and expect that God should send his messenger every week to guide us.
There are some people who may have lots of disadvantages in this world yet you would see them full of love for God whereas other who complain are often loaded and are most ungrateful,,

And how do you know that when I do define the concept that it still wont be confusing to some? There is no argument here. Why? Because what kind of question is "why do we have to believe?" If all the humans and the jinn were to gather to bring a Quran like this, they could not come with its like even if they were helping one another.
This Quran could not have been produced without God, but it is a guidance and mercy fro those who have submitted. And it only increases the wicked in there avertion.
Do you see if this was from God, and then you rejected it? Who is further astray than those who are in opposition.
And We have clarified to the people in this Quran from every example, but most refuse to be anything but a rejecter! And mankind was always argumentative and set against his Lord.
