I linked the star to Ramadhan because of an article I read before. Ramadhan Hottest month, most animals are lazier, breeding and stuff, better to fast now than during winter when you need food all day round to keep warm..I maybe wrong.

I was not talking about J-Day. The earth has gone thru a lot in the past few million years and she is still looking great. To kill us all off, God does not need to destroy anything, He can simply "unbreathe" the lives he had breathed into us. He does not need to wait for another billion years but we need to hold our breadths now and then to look and observe if the time has come.

The Mayan calendar stops at 2012 for whatever reason. Hopefully they ran out on knowledgeable people to continue the work and not for anything else other than supersitions and their beliefs regarding the number of years for their traditional calendar. (Does anyone remember May the 5th 2000)If there was an impending doom, they could have at least politely, explicitly stated it .I personally believe chapter 44 does not apply to 2012 Mayan calender as it may involve the sun and earth exclusively, maybe the sun going solo with the earth away from the galaxy at stupendous speeds or a little minor adjustment to the earth's axis...that may not actually lead to massive loss of human lives right away but may subject all to climate change.
If the other 2012 stuff has to be linked to chapter 44, here?s my take.

For the words in bold, it seems the smoke could be just an intro for a bigger thing to come.The smoke...It could be a massive solar flare, a nebulae passing by or anything that descends onto earth like smoke.

Obviously there is a cause and effect. God tells us to whatch the sky, but that does not negate that the cause of such smoke will come from the earth or even from space.

At that time, it could be much harder to get food supplies, water will surely become scarce and more valuable. I'm pretty sure some people will be aggressive to others because of desperation. The effects it has ( like wiping out the dinosaures) and restarting evolution in a different direction, the threat of an astroid hitting the earth is pretty real, and the effects of a hit, are a smoke or clouds of ash enfolding the earth, blocking out sunlight, the mountains being levelled etc, there is a documentary by national geographic Channel, about Astroids, i will look for the title, and post it ..

Since the theory of a brown dwarf was put forward some years ago to explain the small deviation in our suns rotation, many investigations have been conducted. If it existed it would have to be outside our known solar system, as there appears to be no effect on the orbits of the planets. Many of the deep space satellites have been programmed to detect any trace of a brown dwarf (including Hubble), no trace has been found. The more recent calculations of the differentials have indicated that it is not a result of a gravitational effect by another star, but more due to the elliptical orbits of the planets that, over time, oscillate between strengthening and weakening each other.
Sedna is not a brown dwarf, it is a planetoid, too small to be a star and is thought (no proof) that it is stuck in a very large and very elliptical orbit around our solar system, too far away even at its closest to be brought into the sun's influence, it is now thought (if it exists) to be a planetoid that was left after the collision, many billions of years ago, of our galaxy and a smaller galaxy that was absorbed. The same thing will happen when the Milky Way and Andromeda collide in a few more billion years.
