Peace be upon you all,
i just wanted to share my "story" (not much of a story, its quite boring)
it began two years ago when became a "muslim" (shia), i used to read the quran on the internet,
everytime i read it, i went to google, then searched "The Quran" and i pressed the link that i usually went to.
but one day, GOD showed me the truth, for no specific reason i searched "Quran" (without 'The' and a link to a different translation was there, the translation by Dr Rashad Khalifa, so i went on the site and started reading, to my suprise o , he denied the hadith and sunnah, i further read this and was doubtful about it.
then i saw the miracle of the quran and it confirmed it all. so, slowly i began converting and changing my thoughts and now im a submitter to GOD Alone, and follow the quran qithout any other sources. im really happy now and i search for paradise, i hope GOD will bring me there.well, anyway....................comment....... yay

I got to know submitters through a local newspaper..the editors wrote that it is a satanic innovation,satanic sect and all terrible things about it..I were courageous enough to browse submission.org and I found answers to my deepest questions..I judged by myself that we Quran alone are never satanic..But Alhamdulilah we are on the right track.I concealed my belief to myself though..coz for me its a matter that concerned only ME and ALLAH..
and that was until I found Free MIndFee Amanillah

This is similar to the "story" that happened with me. I was practicing "sunnism", and I couldn't find my handy-dandy Youssef Ali translation of the quran for some strange reason... So, I started reading the quran on the internet, and one day, I stumbled upon a "submission.org" website, and I noticed that Rashad Khalifa rejected the hadith and sunna. So, to solve the mysteries of this man, I started reading into his writings... Coincidentally (or not), the very next day, a group of other Sunnis, along with a few so-called "Quran-Aloners", started talking about Rashad, calling him an evil blasphemer for removing Mohammed's name from "al-shahada". I was surprised in learning that those so-called "Quran-Aloners" still kept Mohammed's name in their testimony anyway, and hearing about Rashad's ideologies only made me more interested in his works. So, when I really started looking into Dr. Khalifa's writings with the quran, that's when I really became a true submitter to GOD ALONE. The Lord showed me His signs in the reading, and I couldn't help but to submit...
When his Lord said to him, "Submit," he said, "I submit to the Lord of the universe." (2131)

i learned that most people here only pray 3 times a day, which is against the Quran.
i hope youre not one of them. anyway, i hope we can all get to an agreement to worship GOD Alone, despite our differences -

the great experience that i had through realizing that we dont need other then quran, and actaully reading it and understanding it, is the fact that there is so much in the quran that i didnt even realize was there, the great stories that are told and information giving about life and the attitudes of different people, even the information that rashad khalifa gave us, as in the computer or the code, yes we did read them at the time when we were searching the site , but it wasnt till we ourselves started understanding the meaning of the quran itself that it was confirmed in our hearts.
i truely beleive the quran is a miracle in itself, and that is a spiritaul belief cause only the true faithful will experience it.
