Those who reject ask you to bring them a scripture from the heavens or to see God openly. And they ask you to bring a Quran other than this or change it. What he should have said was " It is not for me to change it on my own accord. As for those who believe in falshood and reject God, then they are the losers.

what i dont understand is that god has always brought messengers after the age of 40 accept for jesus, im not sure about yahya though,i dont recall any others in the quran being younger then forty.why now mind you i know of a messenger by the name of ahmad nashitobi hehas his own website as well. and i know others that have suggested to be messengers, who are younger then forty, but why god change his ways now... ???

very interesting post, anthony! i am often remarked in my family
as being like the prophet ayyub. at least one person has decribed
me as the "spiritual" son of ayyub. although my entire family are
christians, they have remarked that i am "the son of ayyub". my
afflictions are many. had hepatitis c all my life since i was 12yrs
old and have been attacked by a jinn spirit as a young child.i had an ex-partner who used to tell me horrible things and tried
to make me give up my belief in god for a loose sex life with her.
believe in no sex before marriage and i wasn't ever married to my
ex-partner.in the past several years, i have been afflicted with
some really horrible incidents caused by shaytan and jinn so
badly, that i feel that i am "the son of ayyub". it's just a belief my
family shares with me and it hasn't left the family until i have'
mentioned it in this post.i don't believe in
reicarnation, as it is not in the quran or even the gospels nor
tanakh. therefore, reincarnation is most likely a false belief,
because the quran would have mentioned it in its revelation to
the prophet muhammad. there is such a belief that a likeness
in personality types of the prophets of the quran, being within
a person, but this is yet another more personal theory of opinion,
than a verified quranic belief.this is just a personal thought.
please be careful what you are saying, because people might not
understand and you can run into all sorts of issues with the
general public, if you tell the wrong person. being a recipient of
mental health services myself, i've seen many people "crash-and-
burn" very badly by making certain claims like the one you are
making, brother.it is a lot more contraversial than a person
declaring to others that he/she is a muslim or believer in the
the quran. please guard your thoughts, because this has raised
some "red flags" with others and myself included. some people
might not be as accepting and you could open yourself up to

This guy actually claimed that god inspired him through some calculations from the great reading to predict an earthquake in San Francisco on the 9th of November and every year when it doesn't happen he claims that god delayed it and that it will happen next year with new calculations to back it up. Would god promise something and then break his promise? of course not. what does this have to do with the message of god? There are more self proclaimed messengers like him in the 19.org website following the same trend. These people have no fear of god and they're playing with his book and are misguiding people. Be careful of them.

I suggest you go back and read your post you refered to him as a messenger and then you asked why god is now sending younger messengers. Now what does that say?

And Abraham is your father. And my Lord knows what is said in the heavens and Earth, nothing is hidden from Him. And He is my Protector. In Him I put my trust.
My Lord has inspired to me this Quran to warn with it and announce good news to the believers...I live on faith. The more I read the Quran the more insired I become that I am one of the messengers. Like just today at salat I read the chapter, I forgot its number 30somthing, The first thing God said to me was Y,S . You are one of the messengers. Upon a straight path.I have accepted the role as Gods messenger. And He has made me a leader and I am the first of those who have submmited. I am commanded to be the first who submits...My claims are directly experienced as revaled truth.

You guys are doing just fine without me, so maybe I shouldn't even comment. But I just wanted to say that one can be a spiritual messenger or a messenger of many things (you are just bringing a message, which is hopefully important and helpful) without being specifically God's messenger. I didn't read all of those posts so forgive me if I'm just repeating maybe what someone else has said. I also believe that to be God's messenger you need to be God's prophet. So you recieve knowledge from from the unseen realm as a prophet, and from an unseen agent of God (angels), or God itself/himself as a prophet of God. And you are charged to deliver a message as the messenger of the thing or person who charged you with the delivery of that message. If you are a messenger but not a prophet, your the messenger of something seen and common in our world, like the messenger of a king, your friend, your parents etc etc. But as a messenger of God or somethnig else from the unseen realm you must have recieved that message in a prophetic way through some form of inpsiration where that unseen element has made positive contact with you that you can find no way to doubt or cannot rationalize in some other fashion.
The Quran tells all of us to take the example of God's messenger, Muhammad, and to go out and spread the message of the Quran. But that does make us all God's messengers. We become messengers FOR God, but not messengers of God.
I say all that to say Anthony, if you are positive that you were born to bring a message to mankind or to those in your circle and surroundings then the Quran does say that God has given us all a goal that he will push us towards. And I gladly accept and encourage you to bring that message out for all to see. Hopefully we can learn from it. But it is a big difference between saying that we are God's messengers and thus saying that we believe that God has personally charged us with a message through one of his angels or by personally calling us to this task, and saying that we believe God has guided us to a truth and guided us to the knowledge that we must expose that truth for as many as possible to see. In that case we are Messengers of the Truth but not messengers of God, even if one of God's attributes is The Truth (this name is somewhat profound and can be misleading. God is the Truth because he is the author of all things true and he represents all things true, hence making Him synonymous with the Truth. Just like we can say that a statement is true OR the truth). I'm sure you see what I mean?
but I hope you help humanity through the message you bring.
