Keys to Jannah?
-
Salamun Alaykum,
I don't want to sound selfish, please don't get the impression that I 'Use' you guys, you all are very dear to me, no matter how many disagreements exist between me and you, and among you all. This time I'm actually wondering if there is a list of Quranic verses that discuss the actions required for entering Jannah, or attaining eternal bliss etc. If anyone would be kind enough to give me a link to them or list them here?

Peace Fallen Angel.
First there is something that needs to be understood , when discussing_ Jannat and Hell-.
As you are aware many people ask if God is the most Merciful ,how can He punish ?
To explain that, we, as believers and students of Quran, should trust in the fact that the negative side presented by God perfectly conforms with His attribute of being "The Most Merciful." A wise analysis of God's lessons and reminders should lead us to the conclusion that it is illogical and unrealistic for "the Most Merciful" to offer unconditional forgiveness, equality, and love to all of His servants.
In order to be Most Merciful, He must be Just and He must advocate justice. We cannot sense His grace and mercy if we don't witness His fairness towards all of us. As a matter of fact, resentment, anger, and oppression flourish when justice is not advocated. There can not be mercy when we are all judged and dealt with the same. There can not be mercy when the truthful ones are treated like the liars, the compromisers, the criminals, and the evildoers. In order for God to be Just, He must be the Avenger, the Almighty, the Omnipotent, the Most Powerful. He must commit to humiliation whoever He chooses and grant dignity to whomever deserves it. He must be all of this in order to be the Most Merciful who practices justice. We cannot understand that God is Peace and feel the mercy and contentment of His peace without His assurance that He is in full control of all things and matters, the Best Supporter and the Efficient Reckoner.
We will establish the scales of justice on the Day of Resurrection. No soul will suffer the least injustice. Even the equivalent of a mustard seed will be accounted for. We are the most efficient reckoners.
Not equal are the blind and the seer. Nor are those who believe and work righteousness equal to the sinners. Rarely do you take heed.
Such was the requital. But the retribution of the Hereafter is far worse, if they only knew.
The righteous have deserved, at their Lord, gardens of bliss.
Shall we treat the Submitters like the criminals?
What is wrong with your logic?
There are powerful yet beautiful descriptions of His dominion are given in many verses, and all of His names and attributes in Quran efficiently spell out the divine greatness of "The Most Merciful."God bless you.
Peace.

Salaaman brother,

Yes good logic, I know all of this, but thanks a lot for summing this up.
Peace bro,
When it comes to asking for guidance you are NEVER "using" people.
Rather it is absolutely obligatory for a person to share any knowledge they have of God. This is the essence of 'salat'.

If 'muslims' were muslims why would Allah allow them being branded as terrorists all over the world, and for all time to come? It is because they are not humble so as to not to call themselves muslims for it is the judgement of Allah alone to be delivered on the final day. They should have been prostrating before Allah, all their lives saying thus "O God, make us muslims!". If you want to enter Jannam call not yourself muslims and pass the final judgement on yourself, advancing before your God. Such of these who call themselves muslims are those about who Allah asks"Have you seen who falsify the day of judgement?" For them is the destination, jahannam.

Peace drfazl.
Why have you changed my words? Why are you misquoting me?
What " Muslims" are you talking about? Are they the " Submitters" I originally meant?
When you are quoting me , please ,please, refrain from changing a single letter of what I have written, otherwise it is called " misquoting"!
Peace.

I am sorry; I didn't meant to misquote you. I just quoted the arabic word itself without translation. I did not know what the word 'submitters' mean to you.

Thank you for clarifying. It just when you put " from good logic" , I was surprised. Your comments afterwards made it worse.
However it is fine now you corrected. Thank you.
God bless you.

Why are you asking for a list, haven't you read the books from God. The secret is in the essence/main idea of the books of the Eternal, which has always been the same.
This is what you have to do to achieve what you want.
1 Prostrate to, exalt, bless, praise, worship, glorify only/and only/and only the creator of life and the whole universe, who is unfathomable, and who has power over all things.2 Treat, love, act towards your neighbor, brother, fellow human being, or any other creature of God, as you love, treat, act towards your self, with respect and justice.
3 don't love/be obsessed with the material world, because nothing, not a single atom, you will take with you when the harvest comes.
easy to read, hard to understand, much more difficult to accept and do.

Surat The Believers
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Successful indeed are the believers;
who are reverent during their Contact Prayers "(Salat)".
And they avoid vain talk.
And they give their obligatory charity "(Zakat)".
And they maintain their chastity.
Only with their spouses, or those who are rightfully theirs, do they have sexual relations; they are not to be blamed.
Those who transgress these limits are the transgressors.
When it comes to deposits entrusted to them, as well as any agreements they make, they are trustworthy.
And they observe their Contact Prayers "(Salat)" regularly.
Such are the inheritors.
They will inherit Paradise, wherein they abide forever. -

There is no mention of word Jannah or Jannat in 2311 and the thread is about Jannah not alFirdaus.

Peace,
You should eagerly race towards forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise whose width encompasses the heavens and the earth; it awaits the righteous,
who give to charity during the good times, as well as the bad times. They are suppressors of anger, and pardoners of the people. GOD loves the charitable.
If they fall in sin or wrong their souls, they remember GOD and ask forgiveness for their sins?and who forgives the sins except GOD?and they do not persist in sins, knowingly.
Their recompense is forgiveness from their Lord, and gardens with flowing streams; they abide therein forever. What a blessed reward for the workers!
There is only one God

Peace Hawk99,
Where will be this Paradise whose width encompasses the heavens and the earth? You mean, only one paradise for all? If so then how about 5546 takes about two jannats, if one's width surrounds all the heavens and the earth, where will be the other one placed?
To understand this properly, please take a look at my reply # 1 on this thread.

I seems Fallen Angel 21098 was asking about the actions needed
to obtain jannah.

Peace brother,
I agree that Fallen Angel was asking about the actions needed to obtain Jannah. But which Jannah? Link that I have posted may help, inshaAllah. And the actions needed to obtain Jannah is also mentioned, just try it out.

mmKhanI am so sorry my friend but you would have to ask Fallen Angel 21098
which jannah he was referring to.I read your link when you first posted it! And again as you requested,
I like the plausibility of your position, except in surah 55 it talks
about humans and jinns and two paradises maybe one for each.May God guide us both to the truth.
