What is the main difference between a new palm and old one?
This question is for those who actually witness them where they live.

An old palm tree looks wiser than a new one. In the verse it's apparently an old stalk rather than the tree. The younger stalks are a lot more peppy and straight while the older ones are a bit more droopy and curved. I actually witness them thus am qualified to answer the question.

I witnessed it in the Quran, the difference between a new palm and old one, and as always my understanding is different from yours, now that I am gaining more knowledge from al-kitaab I will be able to actually witness them live, insha allaah.
From your perspective; you may apparently look young, but you are getting old by every second, thus ticking away into an old stalk. yes
