only Quaran or Quaran and hadith???

most muslimz in d world say tht we hv 2 follow hadith as well buh my questn is y 2 follow hadith whn Allah hs clearly said in quaran v hv 2 follow only quaran and not ny oda source..
i m into animation and visual effects i wrk hrd buh oda muslim ppl sae its haram n its wrttn in hadith whn allah no whrein quaran hs statd dat being innovative creative is haram so y in hadith its wrttn haram i reali cnt undrstnd y ppl follow hadith whn v hv quaran -

Can't say for certain, but judging by a lot of the sunnis I talk to, I don't think many muslims feel a need to read the Quran. If one grows up in a muslim family and lives in a country with an 'islamic government', I suppose you wouldn't particularly feel the need to. The fact that our society is generally terrified of self-critique and is more concerned with criticizing others doesn't help either.
Regarding animation, I remember being told by a sunni friend that computer-generated art is generally fine as hadith only deals with handmade art...which makes no sense in principle hmm but whatever. Just make sure your hobby doesn't get in the way of the more important things in life and you'll be fine I suppose.

The Quran does reiterate that few believe.
Just make sure your hobby doesn't get in the way of the more important things in life and you'll be fine I suppose.
