What should we say to such kind of people?

I was reading around the internet and found this interesting post on yahoo from an islamofobe which shocked me a little bit.
Please let me know what your personal opinion is, and what we should do/tell such a person with such a mindset. Because pretty much everything he mentioned are facts that come from traditional islam, and facts which any traditional muslim would want to avoid to discover.
Lets say for example that you meet such person in real life. What would you do/say?
Correctly. Not a single day passes where Muslims don't blow up something, kill indiscriminately innocent people in the name of Allah shouting Allahu akbar - god is great.

Those Muslims better do nothing of that sort. That undertaking will be vigorously opposed! The West or Western civilization will not be conquered by their backward evil scheme. Muslims better crawl back into the dark cave of the dark ages where they crawled out of, came from. This is the 21st century and not the 8th.
Do the Muslims really think the West will fall for this demonic horribly backwards crap ?
Islam is a despicable outright satanic religious/political construct, institution advocating mental slavery, adherence to utterly backwards concepts of behavior, thinking, a horrible inhumane Sharia justice system. It is an affront to human intelligence, dignity.
Islam is intolerant of any other mindset other than its own. Its primary goal is to turn back the clock of history.
Islam furthers the inequality of the sexes. Women are third class beings to be subjugated and deprived of things the males are not.
Islam is against free independent critical thinking and free expression insisting on its followers to be enslaved in a mental prison.
Islam is dedicated to repression of enjoyment of the muses, art, literature, music and general advances in the sciences - unless it explicitly says otherwise in their satanic verses, the hadith etc. Almost anything that is enjoyable as mentioned above is haram, against the will of Allah whom I consider a cruel fabrication of a deranged so-called prophet, Mohamed.
Hypothetically speaking, should Islam get the upper hand, I see libraries emptied of all the books deemed haram to read. art galleries will be purged of all statues not showing any clothes or diplaying works that show nudity or a bare woman's breast etc. Music, mixed dancing, Listening to music, concerts of the great masters would be banned as haram.Then there are the museums with all the masters, paintings. These would all be emptied and a big bonfire burning all the paintings showing some bare breasts etc... all that being haram, un-Islamic art. Only a sick, mentally ill dreamer would want that to happen. Islam is that despicable sick mindset.Rest in peace - it won't happen! Islam will be mightily outgunned trying to turn back more than a thousand years of history and evolution of civilization should that point be reached. t will not come to that.
Look at the UK and the Muslim enclaves they carved out which are off-limits to kafirs, infidels.There Muslims patrol the streets (Islamic Controls - "WE are for good, we fight evil". They prevent anybody from passing through who carries a bottle of alcohol from a liquor store somewhere slse. Display mannequins in clothing stores showing any plastic skin displaying a bra.... have to be covered up with a burqua or the store windows are smashed in. For Chrissakes - those Muslims need to be deported.
Islam is dedicated to conquest, brutal suppression, conquest by any means including violence thus furthering its goal of world domination.
Islam says it is for peace - It is NOT. Peace in Islam means there is peace ONLY when there is no more opposition to what it stands for - total domination, imprisonment of the mind of everybody. Any means to accomplish that goal is allowed.
Islam is a dead, intransigent concept which is utterly incompatible with the progressive Western culture, a civilization which it tries to wipe out. IIaslam is mired in a dark age that has long passed and given way to marvelous achievements on many fronts in the last two millenia plus up to the21st century. The 8th century is old, dark evil smelling history..
Islam can be compared to a stagnant pool of water where the inflow of fresh water has been cut off thus making that pool to become slimy and stink and unhealthy to drink from it or support life. Any religion or philosophical concept that does not allow any change, adopt to changing conditions will eventually die out. History is littered wiht dead concepts, dead gods and goddesses, so-called prophets and saviors which did not pass the acid test of advancing time, a healthy evolution.
In simple terms - Islam is an abomination, a grotesque distortion of the beautiful capabilities/possibilities of the human mind or what the human mind can achieve!.

I'm just kidding though, start with a peaceful debate (as per 16/125) but if that person is unable to talk peacefully and constructively, just ignore him or her. Don't pollute your life with such negativity.

Hi Everyone,
We should only respond with kind truths. Do not argue and if they can not be civil to us, then we choose to be silent. However we should meet people and show them the model Muslim. One who cares for others and tries to demonstrate what submission to Allah means in practice. We should say that those who commit such atrocities are not Muslims, they take the good name away from Muslims. They are better more than those Christians who blew up Abortion clinics or killed Abortion Doctors in the USA in the name of Christianity.
Our outward approach to life will let them see that submission to Allah is a good thing. Sharia law does not mean what the propaganda says it does. And not all Muslims what Sharia law just as not all Jews agree with how Israel treats Palestinians.
