How many hours/week do you spend on studying the Quran / islam?

Ever since I found the path of following the Quran as an exclusive source of religion, I started to spend a not normal high amount of my free time studying the Quran. There is a radical change in how I spend my freetime before and after I found Quranism. It's very addicting.
I am wondering how other people are doing this. Is this normal?

I used to spend more time reading the Quran, but now I only spend maybe 2 hours twice per week I think. However, this meant deep reading, but I often look up some verse during the week out of curiosity. Most of God's words keep echoing in my head all day long and I barely have to think myself so to say.
I was sort of always Quran alone so I have nothing to refer back to, but I used to read more when I was still in more critical need of studying it. Then I could be reading the Book for hours every day during a period. On the other hand, I am always learning something new when I re-read Quran so I should maybe do so more often.
Often I meditate on an idea I have and later I browse the Quran to check what God "thought". And frequently some blessed brother or sister say something wise on here and I check with the Quran.
Are you also meditating upon what you have learned?
I think this can improve the impact of your reading.
But to your question, you cannot read too much Quran, but you should perhaps also try to live the life God tells you to live in Quran. I am not saying you do not, it was merely an answer to your question.
Involve yourself in philosophies and deeper thinking I suppose can help you, and reflect upon God's marvels and let Him inspire you.

I was like that too ) It is addicting, but I'd rather be addicted to God than anything else.
Now I try to read a little each night. I use IslamAwakened.com for different translations and the Quran root word list is also helpful. I agree with Man of faith, I meditate a good bit and try to imply some of the teachings and lessons in my own life.

No, it's normal, studying Quran is one of the way to have faith to Allah.
Simply I just reading Quran to find it's Hikmah mostly in Fajr time after Salat or in leisure time.
How many hours, how many minutes, it's based o situation.

One cannot live by words alone but must show it through good deeds.
It was also something like this Jesus allegedly said according to the (unfortunately distorted) Gospel testimonies written by his followers.
It means God will not redeem you for your Knowledge in His religion alone. You must also live as you teach and preach.
It is a clear warning to people of all generations. It is more important than arguing pitiful details of the Quran and to be right all the time.

Islam means, the way to peaceful coexistence . We must remember the peaceful way, the fundament to all people to exist beautifully with all religious sections of people, in the Name of Allah. This is the life i.e. preserving all the good people as a single Nation and striving towards this cause remembering the message in private and in public is the prayer and being prayerful.
