God has made it clear that they were preferred over others during that time, as they were least likely to corrupt the faith of submission compared to other people in that era. The corruption into Judaism began during the Rabbinic era, when the Talmud, their version of Sunnah and Hadith (Misha and Gemara), was composed. I believe that the Torah was also corrupted during this period.

What about God's "chosen people" of Israel? Could it be argued that they counted as superior?
And We had given the Children of Israel the Scripture, and the judgment, and the prophethood, and We provided them with good provisions; and We preferred them over the worlds. (4516)
They were chosen for a reason, they failed their mission.
The same thing is mentioned by the god in Quran 4738 and other such parts where the god mentions charity.

I think you have to make a few distinctions, I dont believe all people are equal in every aspect, physically some races are taller or stronger, some are physically challenged and even mentally challenged, in every race, but it is as mankind overall that God created with souls that are equal, every human souls is born an equal of another, though our physical characteristics may vary according to the conditions and climates we evolved under. So as for a master race, there may be a physical and intellectual advantage to some but this also places a greater burden on them , if they use this to conquer and oppress other races whos souls are their equal than they are transgressing and will be punished acordingly.

I'll add to that.
According to what type of people end up stomping on another peoples heads, are normally those under dogs that everyone hated. Those at the top became haughty, an example such as the umayyad's.

In Al Quran God only said we are all equal in the eyes of God. But among ourselves it can be different.
This is disturbing. Are we being given the green light to go ahead to become nationalists? Can we say with backing from God that our race is superior? Even if you dont discriminate, the fact of the matter remains that the psychological implications remain. You cant simply say that our racism is not "physically" harming the victims, but just the, same telling someone that they are inferior does not help.

There's no such thing as a "master race", but there are some racial groups that exceed others in different areas. Besides, in actuality, there is only ONE HUMAN RACE, and every human being is united in the same racial group. The Quran only specifies two races - alinsaan (the human race) and aljinn (the 'jinn' race). The Quran never speaks of either of these as "better" or "higher" than the other. In God's sight, we are all equal, and He will judge all of us based on our actions and intentions. Inshaa Allah, the righteous will gain salvation, and God is most merciful.

no its not racism submitter, racism is when you believe one race is superior to another race, I dont believe that because I believe God created all of us and we are equal in his eyes, and also that it is our souls that are all equal, but we do have differences, physically, mentally, emotionally, etc, skin color is one aspect but there are many others, some races are better adapted for certain climates, its no big deal, I love all mankind, now the jews, thats a different story.

Melanin refines the nervous system in such a way that messages from the brain reach other areas of the body more rapidly in Black people than in other.
Signals can reach people with melanin faster than it can reach people without...resulting in faster reflexes...ect
so races might have slightly different abilities...but they all deserve same rights

I guess it's not necessarily a bad thing for drugs to be poisons to our bodies, since we shouldn't be using drugs anyway; so I don't really consider that a "downside". But regardless, the information is very useful... If anything, I think black-skinned people are closer to the original man ("Adam", who was the first human creation of God, which is definately a good thing. However, it doesn't make them "superior", since black people will be judged by God just like white, yellow, red, brown, and blue people. Everyone will be judged based on their actions and intentions. In God's sight, all races are equal, at least according to my understanding.... But still, there are only two races of people mentioned in the Quran - insaan and jinn. Those called "alinsaan" are not more righteous than those called "aljinn", or vice versa. Possibly, to a certain extent, humans are more inclined to do righteousness, and jinns are more inclined to be arrogant and hypocritical; we don't know for sure. But, either way, everyone must make their own decision to submit to God, and the rejectors will suffer a great retribution, regardless of their racial makeup...

Yes that's why I pointed out a positive AND a negative, it's not really "bad", it's just melanin is prone to combine with certain chemicals which shouldn't be combined with.

It seems to me that the issue of racism is one which is tainted with preconceptions that stem from mankind's history of faults. By this I mean that we look at racism through the eyes of people who have been taught what racism is, rather than looking at it from a logical perspective. Although there are many instances of clear racism that have confronted us in history (e.g. South African apartheid, North/South American genocide of original inhabitants, Australian Aboriginal atrocities, etc.), there are some fundamental questions that require answers from us as God's "khalifah" on earth. I will list 2 here for now.

Is every person created with equal opportunity to succeed in getting closer to God?
If this is the case, then there can be no "master race" with regard to gaining the pleasure of or nearness to God.
If this is not the case, then surely we are dealing with an unjust, racist God. -
Is every person entitled to the food & water that God has provided for all mankind?
I have chosen to put this question forward because I believe that the right to food & water is unquestionable. I have not come across anyone who can claim that these things are not a right, but a privilege.
Therefore if every person is entitled to these, then surely until such time as all people in a society are not deprived of this, a believer cannot indulge him/herself with luxuries. Our indulging would be tantamont to racism, since we consider our rights above the rights of others.
If, on the other hand, every person is not entitled to these, we would be dealing with a lying, racist God, since according to 116 among other verses, every creatur on earth's provision is due from God.
Please keep in mind that these are issues that I am trying to work out & as such, may at times not be as well formulated as they should be. I am eager & open to all comments & interpretations.
