        Peace RT,

Thanks for the information. I've never heard of any "bad" factors of melanin. I guess it's not necessarily a bad thing for drugs to be poisons to our bodies, since we shouldn't be using drugs anyway; so I don't really consider that a "downside". But regardless, the information is very useful... If anything, I think black-skinned people are closer to the original man ("Adam&quot, who was the first human creation of God, which is definately a good thing. However, it doesn't make them "superior", since black people will be judged by God just like white, yellow, red, brown, and blue people. Everyone will be judged based on their actions and intentions. In God's sight, all races are equal, at least according to my understanding.... But still, there are only two races of people mentioned in the Quran - insaan and jinn. Those called "alinsaan" are not more righteous than those called "aljinn", or vice versa. Possibly, to a certain extent, humans are more inclined to do righteousness, and jinns are more inclined to be arrogant and hypocritical; we don't know for sure. But, either way, everyone must make their own decision to submit to God, and the rejectors will suffer a great retribution, regardless of their racial makeup...

        Peace,

        Ahmad

Yes that's why I pointed out a positive AND a negative, it's not really "bad", it's just melanin is prone to combine with certain chemicals which shouldn't be combined with.

          Peace

              Peace all,

It seems to me that the issue of racism is one which is tainted with preconceptions that stem from mankind's history of faults. By this I mean that we look at racism through the eyes of people who have been taught what racism is, rather than looking at it from a logical perspective. Although there are many instances of clear racism that have confronted us in history (e.g. South African apartheid, North/South American genocide of original inhabitants, Australian Aboriginal atrocities, etc.), there are some fundamental questions that require answers from us as God's "khalifah" on earth. I will list 2 here for now.

              1. Is every person created with equal opportunity to succeed in getting closer to God?
If this is the case, then there can be no "master race" with regard to gaining the pleasure of or nearness to God.
If this is not the case, then surely we are dealing with an unjust, racist God.

              2. Is every person entitled to the food & water that God has provided for all mankind?
I have chosen to put this question forward because I believe that the right to food & water is unquestionable. I have not come across anyone who can claim that these things are not a right, but a privilege.
Therefore if every person is entitled to these, then surely until such time as all people in a society are not deprived of this, a believer cannot indulge him/herself with luxuries. Our indulging would be tantamont to racism, since we consider our rights above the rights of others.
If, on the other hand, every person is not entitled to these, we would be dealing with a lying, racist God, since according to 116 among other verses, every creatur on earth's provision is due from God.

Please keep in mind that these are issues that I am trying to work out & as such, may at times not be as well formulated as they should be. I am eager & open to all comments & interpretations.

              Imraan

Can we talk without some "Racism" police jumping in and carting us away?

Back to the topic, I know for a fact that certain races have a higher chance of getting certain dieseases. For example south asian people are much more likely to develop plaque buildup near the heart regardless of diet. Indians and Japanese metabolise alcohol slower than other races. So denying that there is difference between races is foolhardy, the question is, at what point does it become racism? Can I say, I will not marry this woman and have children because there is a chance that my children might not be as fit as they would be if were to marry another?

And back to my original question.

Is nationalism allowed? I think that it is not because of this ayah 4913 O mankind, We created you from a male and female, and We made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Surely, the most honorable among you in the sight of God is the most righteous. God is Knowledgeable, Expert.

This clearly shows that we are to live together and in harmony.

                    Peace Diem,

I think it all depends on your view of "nationalism". Some people use nationalism to promote racial superiority, which is completely wrong and against the teachings of the Reading. However, others promote nationalism in an effort to stimulate justice and equality, and that is in harmony with the doctrines of Islaam. In other words, I don't think there's anything wrong with nationalism, as long as it's for the right reasons. God chose certain groups of people, and He even took the nation of Israel as His own nation. So, there's nothing instinctly wrong with nationalism and culturalism, as long as it doesn't interfere with our worship of God ALONE...

I know for a fact that certain races have a higher chance of getting certain dieseases. For example south asian people are much more likely to develop plaque buildup near the heart regardless of diet. Indians and Japanese metabolise alcohol slower than other races. An issue becomes "racist" when the mindstate of the people becomes one of arrogance and superiority. Anytime people feel that one race is "instinctly better" than another race, they are exhibiting racism and racist ideologies. Every race has their "ups and downs", and every group of people has an advantage over another in some way, just like they all have negative distinguishing features compared to others. When one person (or group of people) disregard both ends of these factors, labelling one race as completely bad or another as completely good, they are being racist... Choosing not to marry someone is not necessarily racist if you're concerned about health factors; you're simply taking precautions. However, if you decide not to marry someone because you feel he or she belongs to a "diseased race" of people, then you are being racist...

                    Peace,

                    Ahmad

I know this non-Muslim South-Asian Swedish-wannabe that considers Hitler to be a great-man and is a supporter of Nazism and considers other races (e.g. the Africans) to be inferior. Ironically he isn't even white, but a tan-skinned Mongoloid-looking moron. He hates Immigrants in Sweden too and is a great supporter of a facist political party and believes Hitler-like dictatorship is better than democracy. Racism exists in every ethnicity believe it or not. Don't think that Nazi-supporters are white, blue-eyed and causasian only, there are people from other races that support Nazism too. For example moronic Thais such as Tila Tequila that considers Hitler to be a great man. Doesn't she realize that Hitler would put her in the gas-chamber for her non-Aryan appearence? Obviously not. These people are brainless. Most racists I have met here aren't really native to the country but come from countries such as Afghanistan or Serbia. Many Eastern Europeans are good at Neo-Nazism and even Western-Europeans. Two Muslims were kidnapped and beheaded in Russia by Neo-Nazis many years ago. Muslims are often harassed by Neo-Nazis/Nazis in Germany, Sweden, Denmark and so many other European countries.

When you tell this brainless South-Asian that Africans have been suffering of slavery by Arabs and Europeans, he will try to tell you how Westerners suffered of slavery too by each other and how they still managed to come far. I also asked him what about the Pyramids in Egypt which is like ten times more advanced design than the average European heritage site and he tells me that the North-Africans aren't really Africans but Arabs lololol (this is so incorrect which is why I'm laughing but what do you expect from a useless wannabe). But here is the best part he lives on welfare and doesn't contribute sh't to Sweden just like the majority racists. 😃

There are Muslims that support Hitler just as there are non-Muslims that support Hitler but often these Muslims aren't really religious. Hitler obviously hated Muslims infact he refered to some as "Mohammedans" (which is very insulting to Muslims) but only considered them great allies against the British and French. The Muslims that support Hitler/Nazism are just as bad as Muslims who support Israel, Western warcrimes or Islamists. Remove them all from Islam so that Islam may be kept clean from these morons. It is better that Muslims don't support the likes of David Duke as he hates Muslims too although he doesn't want to admit it as he is currently targetting Jews at the moment. I'm strongly against Nazis/Neo-Nazis. One thing that I have always wanted is that Geert Wilders, David Duke and so many other racist and terrorist Euros/Americans should be put on a ban list and possibly be arrested for terrorism. It is only sad that the religious morons are allowed to control some Arab countries.. otherwise Wilder (A brainless European) would definently face the banhammer a long time ago. European right-wingers/Nazis are equally as much threat and scumbags as Islamists. Their filth isn't welcome.

The Qur'an says to spend and not be a person who holds on to money too much but manages it wisely, it promotes wearing beautiful apparel even for worship and to appreciate the gifts of Allah.

https//twitter.com/KOLABOOF2 <-- This is the Twitter Account of a black propagandist who enjoys promoting co-existance in the West towards Black while she is racist towards Arabs (especially towards Arabs who are not black). Hilariously she enjoys the left-wing attitude in the West while she tries to create a right-wing attitude towards Arabs from North-Africa. She writes 'Muslims' before she goes bashing Arabs because if anybody accuses her of racism she can point out the fact that she was bashing Muslims not Arabs although her tweets clearly exposes her very well. The moron can't handle of being called racist so she presses the block button that labels her out on her hypocrisy.

dude there is a whole surah on one tribe of the people their

it goes like by journeys through summer and winter and the coventant of secure enjoyed by the quarsh (i think i spelled it wrong) but it's like surah 105. or one of those surahs.

if some animals are better than other animals then so are human beings certian people will be better adapted to their environments.

racism is not just a ugly word people throw around it's literally whose winning and the quran has another surah call the mutal loss and gain.

people are always competiting with each othe but "hate" hate is a very ugly thing if think about it. why target another animal in your food chain. it's like loins who go around fighting white rhinos or something.

someone's going to end up exsist

Racism to me is a satanic(evil) arrogant ego and its infecting EVERYONE.

1761 And We said to the angels "Yield to Adam." So they yielded except for Satan, he said "Shall I yield to one you have created from clay!"

And what the Lord of the Worlds (SWT) say about this

4913 O people, We created you from a male and female, and We made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Surely, the most honorable among you in the sight of God is the most righteous. God is Knowledgeable, Ever-aware.

Note from Edip Yuksel This verse unequivocally rejects sexism and racism and reminds us that neither male nor female, neither this race nor that race, is superior to the other. Recognition and appreciation of diversity is an important point in our test. The only measure of superiority is righteousness; being a humble, moral and socially conscientious person who strives to help others. See 434; 719; 2461; 3021; 335; 4817; 6012.

And Dr Shabbir Ahmed Unfortunately even today, national or tribal origins, wealth, professions etc remain an important part of a person?s status instead of character. Recognition becomes especially important in a strange environment, matrimonial and travel etc. In the ancient times, the tribe one belonged to was the only means of identification. ?Min zakarinwwa untha? = Of a kind that is male, and of a kind that is female = Male and female = Some of you are men and some of you are women. On this note I find myself in agreement with M. Pickthall 396

396 He has created you all out of one living entity (from a single life cell) - and fashioned similarly its mate, male and female (699). And He has bestowed upon you livestock of eight kinds in pairs. (Sheep, goat, camel, cow - male and female, the common permissible livestock 6144-146). He creates you in the bellies of your mothers, creation after creation, in threefold depths of darkness (the abdominal wall, the uterine wall and the embryonic sac). Such is God, your Lord! Unto Him belongs the Kingdom. There is no god but He. How, then, can you sway like errant winds!
