Asalaamu Alaikum - White English brother here who believes in Qur'an Alone

Asalaamu Alaikum dear brothers and sisters - I am "Anglo" (real name Steven), I'm 23 years old and I work for ASDA.
I converted to Sunni Islam a few years ago because everything I was told and shown of the religion made perfect sense to me as the true religion of Almighty God. It was only after practicing the religion and getting more deeply involved that I realized that many of the Sunni practices and teachings contradict the Qur'an itself and then fortunately I discovered the Qur'an alone teachings and I firmly believe that following the Qur'an alone is the best and only way to practice the real Islam.
My residence is currently in the East of England and I am looking for other rational monotheists, Qur'an alone, God alone Muslims who I can join in prayer and worship of Allah and study of His beautiful complete religion.
Insha'Allah I will stay active on the forum and dedicated to my practice and studies in Islam and may Allah alone help us in our mission to please Him.

To use your terminology, I'm in the West of England - which is sunny and warm - but now its too sunny and warm!
So you are looking for people in your region? Count me out, but Es might be and you could make a post in the sub-forum asking if there are any more people. I prefer to pray alone, of course I'm not alone because I'm praying to Allah swt and He is ever present.
I'm actually getting weary of debate right now - I've been 'debating and discussing atheists, Muslims, and people of many other different paths. If there was a smiliey with a head on its desk, that would be me.

I won't be giving up quite yet. I'm just taking a break, maybe a long break, although some people I come across I would need to use giveup But the Quran already advises us about such people/mindsets in a lot of ways. But there are open minded people still, and it's great to come across them. Although, in any case, Allah swt would always guide them.

sorry i havent replied sooner i have only just recently invested in a new keyboard, well chatpad as is it called as i use my xbox 360 to visit this forum. i do not own a laptop or pc at the moment.

God didn't create any religion, human did..
There are billions if not trillions of His signs spread all over this Universe for you to study.welcome

I am white english also, 29 and live in north wales (originally from Yorkshire), I think east anglia is down south is it not?
I have not met any other native english quran-aloners yet and am interested to hear about your background if you don't mind. I came to Quran Alone from Catholicism through to Sunni Islam through to Submission/code 19 through to Agnosticism through to here; my Catholic/Atheist family think I am crazy. Did you have a religion before becoming interested in Islam and what do you family think?
Do you pray salat and if so do Asda let you have time off? Always had difficulty with employers and college when I was submitter and trying to do the 5 prayers a day.

Salam Alison, it always saddens me when I hear of my fellow converts families saying we are crazy. My family is a mix of atheist agnostic and casual Christians and not one person had an issue with my conversion. I've never personally had a problem praying at work, even done it in the back of the van!
I'm from south west originally but based in midlands at the moment.
