This is a no-brainer question.
The answer is obviously men and it can largely be credited to a biological cause. It has been proven scientifically that testosterone is the main driving force behind the high level of ambition, aggressiveness, sex drive, and insensitivity in average men.
Just today in my Psychology course I learned that most inmates involved in violent crimes have relatively high level of testosterone.
So I guess God is partly to blame for making us men the way we are. ;D ;D ;D

Lenin. (Russian's worst dictator)
Stalin.(Lenin's fan.)
Nikolai Cheuchesku.(Romania's dictator)
Slobodan Milosevic.(Attacked Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, caused wars there and killed lots of sunnis and Catholics.)
Radovan Karadzic.(Attacked Bosnia, designed concetration camps all over Bosnia, exterminated sunnis.)
Ratko Mladic.(Radovan's partner)
Saddam Hussein.(Dictator of Iraq, killed his own people.)
George Bush&son.(Invaded Iraq, Afghanistan, attacked them as well as New York City on Sep, 11th, 2001.)
....As you can see, men cause more harm then women.
Queen Elizabeth, princess Diana, mother Theresa are only a few women that are peaceful. Women tend to be more peaceful and loving then men. A man will go to war, invade a country very far away but when his wife asks him to carry their child, he will try to convince her into commiting a murder, i mean, abortion, i mean murder.God bless you all.

Testosterone level in men vary. Once I read for example that average East Asian men have lower level of testosterone while African men have higher level of testosterone. I dont mean to be racist but it seems this is the reason why many African men are relatively more aggressive and muscular while Asian men tend to be comparatively softer and smaller.
Speaking of sex hormone, a study also showed that women with high level of estrogen are more likely to cheat on their partners and hop from one man to another like many men. So if you want a faithful partner before you marry him/her test his/her sex hormone level. ;D ;D ;D

Power is good in the right hands. As a female I'd be happy to be under the security and protection of a more powerful man. Us ladies have our monthlys and get pregnant, etc, so it is natural for men to be more powerful, with some help from their testosterone.
To look after their wives, sisters, mothers and children. The problem is when men ABUSE their power.
In Islamic countries, the sons are treated very well by their mothers, while the daughters clean up after them. The boys grow up thinking that they are better than girls and that girls do not deserve respect. Or they might feel bad for the girls and start respecting them more. It depends on whether he is a real man or not -

Lol, thats not exactly true. There were matriarchal societies in some places in the world long before Muhammad was born.
