Is 4.33 translated correctly?

Peace All,
Almost all translate verse 4.33 as follows
4.33 And for each We have made inheritors for what was left behind by the parents and the relatives. And those whom are dependant on you, you shall give them their portion. God is witness over all things
Is this translation is correct? Or should we translate it as
4.33 And for each We have made inheritors for what was left behind by the parents, and by the relatives, and by those whom you contracted with by your oaths. You shall give them (the inheritors ? mawaliya) their portion. God is witness over all things.

Is this a similar one to that you have translated?
SHAKIR And to every one We have appointed heirs of what parents and near relatives leave; and as to those with whom your rights hands have ratified agreements, give them their portion; surely Allah is a witness over all things.

Peace drfazl,
Thank you but it is not similar.
No right hands are mentioned in the verse but oats are mentioned.
You do not make contract with people by your right hands but you make contract by your oats.My main question is; are ?ma 3aqadat aymanikum? (whom you made agreement with by your oats) inheritors or predecessors in this verse?
