    Salamun alaykum

From Surah Al Rahman verses 1-2 it is clear that The Merciful God taught The Qur'an to His Messenger and therefore to all mankind .
Besides , any serious student of The Qur'an will know that there is no contradiction in the qur'an as per 482 . However , reading the translation and interpretation ( in bracket ) of 535 "AAallamahu shadeedu alquwa" by various translators , why is it that this particular ayat is interpreted as Gabriel or Jibril instead of The Al Quwa Himself ?

I am pleading to the learned Brothers and sisters to please help clarify this apparent contradiction . My sincere thanks to all and may The God guides us all to the truth .

    Peace

      Salam,

      Surah Al Rahman
Verses 1 and 2 speak of a theme different to that of the verses 3 and 4.

      Whereas
      55 1-2 do not speak about Messenger or mankind;
55 3-4 do speak about Messenger and mankind

      .

        Peace,
        Respectfully.

The Exalted God The Most Wise, The Most Powerful Teaches The Quran.
        God Teaches us all.
God sends Gibreel to tell prophet Muhammad to tell people that they should not kill.
Therefore, Gibreel did not teach Muhammad, God did. The way i see it, The Exalted God AllMighty is so Exalted and High that He has messengers among angel species who deliver The Message to the humans. God also chooses a human messenger among human species.

        If i'm wrong, correct me.
May The Exalted God guide us all.
        Glory be to our God.
        Peace.
