It says there are 29 letters before the word becca (the word is not Makkah). There are only 21 letters.

Still they will be 44 letters at most shadda on "awwal"; the one on "inna", and the on on "becca". The shadda on "linnas" and "lallathi" should not be counted because it just serves for the pronunciation of the "lunar" letters the nuun and the laam. How would you count letters in the word lilkitaab? Are you going to count the alif of the definite article (al), which disappears by the rule of language when preceeded by even one letter?
Also, the shadda on the first letter of the word (lil3aalmeen) should not be counted, as this does not represent a disappering letter, but serves for the pronunciation of "idghaam". This counting is even very generous, since the preposition "inna" does not exist at all with two nuuns, but does exist with a sukuun (no shadda). A shadda may only be counted as two letters when there are really two letters and one of them is assimilated. This will automatically affect the 29 letters before "becca". -

It is time for the Muslims to realise that Jerusalem is unimportant and it was a waste dump during the revelation of the Quran and that the ancient hebrew Israelites were nomads wandering in Arabia engaged in the spice and incense trade routes.
