Difference between khanzeer and Al-khanzeer etc.

I need your help to understand why there is an "Al" before the haram things in 2173 and 53 whereas no "Al" before the same things declared haram for consumption in 6145.
PeacePeace Novice, there is no difference and they are the same meaning.
AND/OR - conjunctions
2173 only prohibited upon you the dead and the blood and meat/flesh the swine
53 prohibited thou upon you the dead and the blood and meat/flesh the swine
16115 only prohibited upon you the dead and the blood and meat/flesh the swine6145 say not I find in what inspired to me taboo of on an eater who eats it except that it being dead or blood of poured forth or meat/flesh swine
412 and if (he) is a man/gentleman inherited kallatan or a woman/lady
4176 they seek ruling your say the god gives ruling you in/about al-kallati -
