~ The Irregularity of Gregorian Calendar
-
The irregularity of Gregorian calendar can be observed with a simple look at the starting dates of the month.
Everyone knows that Monday is the first day of the week. The question is, why months do not begin with Monday?
Just check the months of 2014 for example January begins with Tuesday. February, with Friday. March, Friday also. April, Monday. May, Wednesday. June begins with Saturday. July, Monday. August, Thursday. September, Sunday. October, Tuesday. November, Friday, and December, Sunday again.
So from all 12 months, only two begin with the ?first? day of the week.
This fact alone concludes the irregularity of actual calendar.
And the weeks constantly get split between months. It is like saying your foot is mine, and one of my hands is yours. While naturally, the first day of the week is always the first day of the month.
Praise be to God. The Lord of the worlds.
Peace,
R.
