I am currently writing a paper on marriage in Islam. I need assistance with the definition of the Arabic word 'Nisa' (Women).
Could someone who owns an Arabic dictionary/lexicon please be kind enough to cite the definition along with the reference.

I can't link to the specific page, but it's on page 2785. You're looking for the singular (Nas2 ء and not the plural (nisaa2)
Also the word for 'woman' is Imra2ah (ة and is used frequently in the Quran
