Peace All
Please can someone explain how to interpret the heritage law
As given in 411-12
Daughters 2/3
Father 1/6
Mother 1/6
Wife 1/8This gives the total of 1,125
God directs you regarding the inheritance of your children "To the male shall be as that given to two females. If they are women, more than two, then they will have two thirds of what is inherited. And if she is only one, then she will have one half. And to his parents, each one of them shall have one sixth of what is inherited, if he has a child. If he has no child and his parents are the heirs, then to his mother is one third; if he has siblings then to his mother is one sixth. All after a will is carried through or a debt. Your parents and your children, you do not know which are closer to you in benefit, a directive from God, for God is Knowledgeable, Wise."
412 And for you is half of what your wives leave behind if they have no child; but if they have a child then to you is one quarter of what they leave behind. All after a will is carried through or a debt. And to them is one quarter of what you leave behind if you have no child; but if you have a child then to them is one eighth of what you leave behind. All after a will is carried through or a debt. And if a man or a woman who is inheriting has no descendants, but has a brother or a sister, then to each one of them is one sixth, but if they are more than this then they are to share in one third. All after a will is carried through or a debt, which does not cause harm. A directive from God, and God is Knowledgeable, Compassionate.May God lead us.

Pece NielsJacob, error in translation is highlighted conditional IF when gender is explicit, e.g.
kana always refers to single masculine never to feminine same as kanat always refers to single feminine never masculine
Case inheritors 3 daughters; mother, father, and wife
3 daughters = 2/3 (2/9 each) see 411
Parents + wife = 1/3 (1/9 each)Parents = variable/unstated see 411 IF son=FALSE; IF no child=FALSE (daughters present)
Wife = variable/unstated see 412 IF son=FALSE; IF no child=FALSE (daughters present)411 directs you the god in children yours lildhakari/to the male like share al-unthayayni/the female two so if kunna/are (f/p) nisan/womenfolk above two feminine falahunna/so for them (f/p) thulutha/third both (2/3) what left and if kanat/is she widatan/one (f/s) so for her the half wali-abawayhi/and to parents his (i.e. deceased) to each one from them both the sixth from what left if kana/he is (m/s) for him/deceased walad/born (if male child born i.e. a son) so if not yakun/they are (either sex) for him (deceased) walad/born (if no child) and heirs parents his (if only parents are heirs) so to mother his (departed?s) the third so if kana/he is (m/s) for him (departed?s) ikh'wat/sibling (if to person male sibling i.e. brother) so to mother his (departed?s) the sixth from after a will have made in it or judgment fathers yours and children/sons yours not thou knowing which of them closer to you benefit of obligation from the god surely the god kana/he is (m/s) knowledge of wisdom of
412 and for you half what left azwjukum/spouses yours if not yakun/was lahunna/for them (f/p) walad/born (if no child) so if kana/he is (m/s) for them walad/born (if male child born i.e. son) so for you the fourth from what left they from after a will made they in it or judgment and for them the fourth from what left you if not yakun/was for you walad/born (if no child) so if kana/he is (m/s) for you walad/born (if male born/son) falahunna/so to them the eight from what left you from after a will made they in it or judgment and if kana/he is (m/s) man yrathu/he inherited kallatan (f. noun)/fatherless and spouseless (deceased left no crown/head of household) or amrah/lady and to him/deceased brother or sister so to each one from them both the sixth so if be they more from such so they partners in the third from after a will is recommended in it or judgment other than harmful a will from the god and the god know-er for-bearer

Peace Noon waalqalami
I thank God for your reply
3 daughters = 2/3 (2/9 each) see 411
Parents + wife = 1/3 (1/9 each)Parents = variable/unstated see 411 IF son=FALSE; IF no child=FALSE (daughters present)
Wife = variable/unstated see 412 IF son=FALSE; IF no child=FALSE (daughters present)Thus I find it hard to understand the meaning in the tanslation you gave. Is there an easier one?
But the essence should be that in this case, that the shares given in 411 and 412 are not valid in this case. Therefore they share the rest equally.
Did I got that right?
But again, is this stated?I see there is a long thread, you been working on a lot. I will (God willing) try to continue there next time.
May God lead us, for his glory.

It has to do with definition of walad and we know from 411 that either sex is included.
411 directs you the god in awldikum/children yoursLikewise with cross-reference we know yakun can refer to either sex.
2196 ... to whom not yakun/that be family his presentLikewise with cross-reference we know that ? family his? includes females
2932 and family his except lady his be she (f/s) from the remain behindWhereas kana/be he (m/s) always refers to masculine
Example Case 3 daughters, husband
411 so if kunna/be they (f/p) nisan/womenfolk above two (f)
so for them (f/p) third dual (1/3 + 1/3 = 2/3)412 and for you half what left spouses yours
if not yakun/that be for them walad (if no child 1/2)
so if kana/be (m/s) for them walad so for you the fourthTherefore husband share is left variable/undefined this particular case and gets 1/3 remainder.
1/2 if no child = false
1/4 if son = falseThat?s only non-contradicting reading far as I know for all combinations without surplus/deficit.
Contradiction excess 2/3 + 1/4 = 0.9167
1/2 if no child = false
1/4 if child = trueContradiction deficit 2/3 + 1/2 = 1.1667
1/2 if no son = true
1/4 if son = false4176 ... shows the god for you lest stray yeh and the god in every thing knower
